Watched these back to back on the big tv the neet Emz. What a fantastic journey, great you had your best pal Emma as back-up crew and being out with Rolo for the hike must have been brilliant - and a wise call to let him rest those 5 miles or so to Dog Falls on the last vid. Great stuff and you could see the sparkle in your eyes and the emotion this trip evoked. Those views of Glen Affric itself were stunning. I'd have shed a few years as well. Well done marra, defo one for the memory books And a fantastic amount raised for the Northumberland Mountain Rescue Xx

That first view point looking over the Loch was stunning, loved that forest track and the views over to the snow tipped mountains. What an amazing sight to greet you at the bothy, so worth the effort and exhaustion indeed and I was waiting for the tears, real pleased you did not disappoint but I can understand why, what an emotional roller-coaster and what an amazing trail. The scenery just got better and better and what a fantastic waterfall that was, great place to conquer your fear of heights, without a tantrum too! As adventures go, that has to be up there as one of the best, what an amazing achievement and what a fantastic amount of money raised for such a wonderful cause - Well Done YOU! Cheers Alan

Finally got round to watching, these are fantastic Emma, great travelogue. Camban bothy looks really appealing and seeing those deer must have really made it. As always, I love those bagpipes, Big thumbs up 👍👍
The bothy I stayed in was at the western edge of Loch Affric, it was in June and still daylight at midnight. We climbed up Carn Eige my 1st Munroe, catching a view of Loch Mullardoch in neighbouring Glen Cannich.
@emz_adventure The bothy I was in was called Athnamulloch. At that time I was working for the Scottish Wildlife Trust, we helped out Trees for Life who ran the bothy and still do today. There were a few adders about on the fells.
I will look forward to seeing more videos, I used to climb fells alot but have had illness from autoimmune disease over last 2 years. I go walking mostly in County Durham, Northumberland, North Yorkshire and my favourite Cumbria.
