. ប្រេងឆាចំនួន 45g
. ទឹកដោះគោចំនួន 50g
. ម្សៅនំខេកចំនួន 55g
. ពងមាន់ពណ៌សចំនួន 5គ្រាប់
. អំបិលចំនួន 1/4ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
. ទឹកក្រូចឆ្មាចំនួន 1/2 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
. ស្ករសចំនួន 45g
* ដុតនៅក្នុងឡដែលមានកំដៅហើយស្រាប់ 160°C 40 ទៅ45នាទី
* ស្នូលគ្រិមឈិស
. គ្រិមឈិសចំនួន 150g
. ស្ករសចំនួន 1ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
. ម្សៅស្ត្របឺរីចំនួន1ស្លាបព្រាបាយ
. ថកភិមគ្រិមចំនួន 200g
* ថកភិមគ្រិមចំនួន 300g
. ពណ៌ក្រហម
. ពណ៌ត្នោត 2ដំណក់
* ស្ត្របឺរី
* ស្ករអង្កាំ

** Ingredients : baking tray about 18cm high
. 45g of vegetable oil
. 50g of milk
. 55g of cake flour
. 5 egg white
. 1/4tsp of salt
. 1/2 tsp of lemon juice
. 45g of white sugar
* Bake in preheated oven at 160°C bake for 40 -45 minutes
* cream cheese filling :
. 150g of cream cheese
. 1tbsp of white sugar
. 1tbsp of strawberries powder
. 200g of topping cream
* 300g of topping cream
. red food coloring
. brown food coloring
* strawberries
* candy pearls
