I usually dont like family vloggers but i like moes' when she vlogs once a while because its so true, not scripted like others. Its from life, its realistic. Kids may cry, misbehave but they are so pure and cute. Also props to her letting sutan work and gain small but important skills and confidence.
The other family vloggers aren’t scripted. I’ve seen several other family vloggers or just a single person who makes their own videos and they’re genuine. They don’t rehearse or read off cue cards. There are a lot of people who are real and true and they don’t tell their kids how to act or what to say. What other family vloggers are you talking about who aren’t true to you, who are scripted? Let me know so I can look those families up to see what you’re talking about. Thanks in advance!
Ya it’s hard to try to put up a front when you have kids. Most kids are free spirited so the whole “scripted” thing wouldn’t work aha
Lol. I usually dont like family vloggers too, but with different opinion. And after found Kimono Mom, this channel is exception.

In family vlogging what drew me in was how relatable they were. But when they get bigger sometimes they do things that are unusual in a normal family life to get attention(not in a bad way, i mean not to repeat themself so much) like big shoppings or trips. Of course not every family vlogger is bad but a lot of them fall into that rabbit hole and distance themself from audience.
TLDR with time family channels stop vlogging a piece of everday life and become an event oriented. Thats why ı *feel* its scripted, its not that casual anymore.

She's copying her mom. It's natural for children at that age to learn by copying behaviour. That's why when Sutan sees her Mom act affectionately around her father, she tries to copy her. It's mainly a reflection of how she views her mother as a good role model, which is sweet because it means she wants to be like Mom.

First of all, Sutan is way to young to be stuck in the oedipus complex. It could be more kind of the modeling effect of Bandura's social learning theory.
And because of her experience and the way her mom and dad interact with each other, there's an affirmation going on, so everytime Sutan goes to her dad her expectations to get love from him get affirmated, so she does it all the time.

this is the perfect life edit. i am convinced they have a lot of hard times too. that's the danger of social media and influencers though, they put the idea in people's heads that life is supposed to always be picture perfect and happy, and when people cannot achieve exactly that image so many get depressed and give up because they believe in an image that isn't realistic
