So much braking. It looked like you were stalled the whole time(with a huge cravat on one side). And when you went for your reserve and stopped braking it started to fly a bit, and shot forward. Then the reserve was out.
I was stalling the glider to try to get that cravat out and avoid autorotation. I tried to let it fly a few moments but it was going into autorotation.

Who would assume that deploying a wing that is designed to be ground launched would have such a messy opening when done so in free fall.

Why land in water? With beamer reserve
I opened too low and also could not kill the wing
That took way too long to open that reserve.
