There are different ethnic groups here, including Tibetans(藏族), Qiang people(羌族), Yi people(彝族), Hui people (回族who are Muslim), and Han people(汉族Han Chinese). Different styles of Tibetan clothing come from different branches. For example, those with white feathers on their hat are "White Horse Tibetans"(白马藏族), the girls wear square embroidered headdresses from the Jiarong Tibetan people(嘉绒藏族)

Yes, but there are Tibetan, Yi and Qiang people in this performance. Tibetan people have three major areas, Kham and The costumes and languages of the three major regions of Anton and Uizang are different, but they are basically the same and use the same Tibetan character.
Yes, although they are all Tibetan, there are differences in clothing and language in each region, sometimes even across a mountain.
