How many times did we see that in the Chip Kelly era - Ducks struggle or start slow, make halftime adjustments, come out and polish off the game in the second half? That element of the team's play became notably absent after Chip left. Sure would have come in handy in the national championship game.
Mike, awesome as usual. I felt such a void of emotions after that game due to James' injury that I almost forgot how well our team played (especially in the 2nd half). I'm glad to see De'Anthony Thomas stepping up and playing the game like he did last night. I wouldn't mind seeing more of that in the future. Huff as well, pretty awesome kid. Go Ducks!

Gave that a lot of thought before I did it @XDuckmany ...while not a highlight, if I hadn't included it, I would be answering a ton of questions as to why not...I didn't include the slow motion replay which was the gruesome part... GO DUCKS!
The way LMJ's elbow bent on that replay, I was fearing it would be a lot worse than it was. Given our next 3 game stretch (Ari. St., Colorado, Washington St.) hopefully shouldn't be too challenging, he should be able to rest plenty and heal to 100%. Felt bad for the Cal QB. The announcers were ripping him pretty hard, picking apart how he throws the ball.
@FuZuPSlays I think people are expecting Oregon to win big now. In 2007 the Ducks weren't as revered as such a great team so when they kicked the shit out of other teams it was way cooler.
OREGON FANS STOP OVERREACTING TO THE LAMICHAEL JAMES INJURY let me explain it to you it's a dislocated elbow xrays came back negative which means it's not a big injury the most he'll miss MAYBE is one game he has an extra 2 days to prepare for the next game and even if we do miss him for multiple games we face stanford in a month and we have kenjon and de'anthony to back him WE ARE FINE DUCK FANS SO CALM DOWN!!!!!
