    #Blues
The term blues is based on mysticism over the "indigo color" used as an "expression of pain" in funerals and mourning ceremonies in West African culture. Blues is a music genre with 400 years of history and its roots in Africa. Blues, which has its roots in Africa, was born from the songs that describe the sadness, hope, freedom and deep pain that the slaves brought from Africa since the 17th century sang while working in the fields. The first published Blues score was Hart Wand's 1912 "Dallas Blues".
With the abolition of slavery in 1865, blues began to spread within the American society, and from there it spread to the whole world over time. From the 1910s onwards, blues spread to many cities in America. It blends with the culture and music in these cities and new Blues genres emerge, some of which are Delta Blues, Memphis Blues, Texas Blues. By the 1930s, the Blues were blended with Jazz music by Robert Johnson, Big Bill Broonzy, Sonny Boy Williamson, Lonnie Johnson and Tampa Red.
The form of the blues is the repetitive cycle of chord sequences in the "call-and-answer" pattern often found in African and African-American music. The 12-bar blues is the most commonly used chord march in popular music. Blues notes are often called flat triads, flattened quintets, or flattened sevenths. they are named. Blues, in its essence, draws attention most with its rhythm features. However, Electric Blues performed today requires a good knowledge of harmony along with high instrument dominance and strong rhythm ability. Because Modern Blues, besides its African origins, has undergone a very heavy interaction and has come to contain remnants of many music.
