Both are amazing characters and they should not be compared considering they are severely different, deathstroke was suicidal at one point and doesn't care about his life all too much, taskmaster is a guy who would take back his promises and words for survival purposes. The character concept behind Taskmaster, as he was first introduced, is "guy who can take on the entire Avengers roster and win." Realistically, there should be very few characters below Spider-Man's level who could beat him in a fight without authorial fiat.
Think of how during deadpool and taskmasters fight deadpool does a macerena dance while fighting which makes taskmaster dance macrena while deadpool sucker punch his skull out

That plus his extremely fast reflexes, plus knowing what his opponent is going to do plus his body armor...All these things combined make him dangerous... But I also remember Moon Knight beating the shit out of him and carving his armor and his mask like a Thanksgiving turkey...
