Interesting idea. I would use fishing line instead of the cotton cords to prevent mold in that first hack. I also wouldn't put that many holes on the bottom of the last hack. Otherwise chopsticks would get stuck there. I think these hacks would have to go in my workshop because my wife would throw me out if I put them in the house.
