Well maybe in this show but real history is way different. Chandragupta really loved Helena a lot but she was his youngest wife not first, they had a substantial age gap. She was a submission wife who only concentrated on her husband and children. Chanakya called her dangerously beautiful, stubbornly childish and difficult to control due to her childish nature but she was not stupid to shout on Chandragupta. 😂

@@nidhisingh3901oh but this is not historically accurate, Helena was childish and submissive, Durdhara was emotional and docile, Nand Nandini was bold and promiscuous, she lusted after Chandragupta. In coming episodes a character called Roopa will come, that was original character of Nand Nandini. ParishistParvan says Chandragupta was very handsome and due to this Nand Nandini was hurt by cupid and she wanted to copulate with him but when she approached him after taking consent of defeated DhanaNanda he rejected her and rebuked her by calling her inauspicious. Chanakya then forced him to marry Nandini as she left her family for him and he should have pity on her condition.

Chanakya forced him to marry Nand Nandini. Durdhara was daughter of his eldest maternal uncle and his childhood friend. Durdhara WAS NOT daughter of Nanda. It is misconception created by 2011 Imagine channel's show because they wanted to show Chandragupta monogamous when he wasn't. Chandragupta was a polygamist and had many wives.
