Nice video to watch sat in bed with a cup of tea, I’m in Cornwall took our Border Collie to the beach yesterday he loves lying in rock pools , it was great watching the dogs playing , I think I’d find the boots too hot in this weather at the moment but good for the winter to keep dry.
Oh, this is a lovely morning! Some of my favorite, best and fondest memories are from fog-bound mornings like you have here, out of doors.... Takes me back. (My people were from a bit farther north than where you are, Caithness and Sutherland, although no one in the family can tell me anything more precise than that.) Love that the boots sort of color-coordinate with the new trousers, too! 😉 I did want to mention that someone had recommended to me that two spoonfuls of genuine, cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil first thing in the morning *every* day helps a lot, with "a lot" meaning a lot of aches and pains and other conditions, such as dry skin or dry hair and hard callouses on the feet, as well as "a lot" meaning to a great degree. Not a cure-all, of course, and not to take the place of a doctor's advice or prescriptions, but I've found it to be effective and my arthritic hands feel much, much better than they had been feeling. So, if your physician doesn't forbid it, you might consider giving this a try.
Thats gotta be the most expensive 3 hours of heating around 😂. Cool seeing the dog jumping in, reminds me of my old jack russel, she got too old for it eventually and passed 3 years ago now.
Tony ive been cutting wood for over 20 years, my biggest advice would be ditch the metal saw bench you just bought and build one out of 3 by 2, the reason is simple, if you slip at the end of a cut and its easily done, your chain with smash into metal and fook the cutting teeth, if your lucky it will blunt them, or worst case snap teeth
Tony, that reminds me of my old springer spaniel that would launch herself into rivers or the sea for stones and then turn into a submarine dog to fetch it off the bottom; how she didn't drown is still a mystery. The older I get the more I seem to suffer from anxiety and consequently a poor night's sleep but being retired a nap in the chair in the warm makes up for it.
Great video but word of caution, my dog swallowed a stone twice and had to go to vets and really suffered. Chainsawing logs is great fun your logs will need seasoning for at least a year or more though.
Okbrummmmm,,,,,, got the boots got the trousers,,, where s the Harley Davidson 1500..... electric drive in blue man with all that gear ,,, and that gordie accent lol,,,, Ed Beverly-Hills Ca
