Thank You Sir 🙏 I have a question... Order VII Rule 11(f) and Order IX Rule (2) contain the same ground (non-compliance with Order VII Rule 9)... So should I take it as, if the suit is admitted by inadvertence and not rejected despite the above-mentioned non-compliance, it can be dismissed later under Order IX Rule 2 ??
