imo, fire is way more dmg, ok the burst but the time building is insane, you can easy out even more dmg of the ice in the first rotation of fire, atm water/ice is rlly useless ofc thats my opinion :(
@@onizucka88 ice is only bad due to the stacks falling off out of combat instantly atm which i think is a bug. But yes I agree fire is in a better spot right now.
Dude this video changed my whole aspect on life, it not only helped my aura ingame but also in real life. I used the ice spec on some dude at the corner store and it was powerful.

@@DankRNG I saw from your last live on twich that at the end of the video you do a raid speedrun, does the mage named spid use the same build as you? because I saw that he was almost always first among the damage.
@@auci89 That raid is lots of mobs, the other mage was specc'd for AoE fire tornado dmg. This is only really good in battle for ancash raid as the rest of the raids are mainly single target damage. Also keep in mind that was my first challenge mode attempt on this boss and their guild has done it multiple times together so they are more comfortable with the mechanics.

As a very good tank and also healer, i often see mages and sometimes other classes doing below 1000dps on single target which is shameful and i feel sorry for any1 else in the party wasting their time. At ilvl90 i would deem every class should be capable of achieving numbers higher than that and it s more player failure imo, not balancing issues. The glaring proof is when you are not p2w steamroller but actually play the game, there is a lot of content that requires of you to know how to actually play your class before the boss puts an end to the fight. A mighty fine exemple is arcane realm boss with the pizza slices and you have a team that cant even clear 25% of his hp before each pizza slice, hell i have had teams we got wiped with 4 pizza slices up and 24% boss hp left 🤣Makes it obvious a lot of people pick dps just to smash random buttons when they pop up and dont even make an effort to focus stuff on their class, like achieving minimal hit rate which is basic stuff. So you can keep pushing those guides because many people need them 😉

If you are playing ice mage, does it mean that you cant switch to fire mage with your current lvl/gear?

Cooldown has very little value per point so I tend to stay away from that

CC abilities are from ultimates. I believe the buttons are locked in place and you can only change the keybind.

Yes you can switch buttons. Click on talent tab and click - drag
why do you start rotation with 4 (blazing orbs)?
Because by the time it hits the target you have stacks just makes it so you don’t use it while trying to get stacks maximizing your dmg

Do you can beat assassins in pvp? And dps in pve, u can get top1 with mage?
Depends on the player. Assassin is the counter to ranger and mage so if equal skill mage should lose. PvE it depends on the boss who's top dps.

Pvp ranks don't do anything to your ult but you can use glory badges to rank them up.

No the macros are more for mobile players to be able to mash 1 button, Manually pressing your skills allows for better play.
I dont think icicle is good in pvp. Opens you up to getting interupted during burst, less mobility, less on demand burst
