      에어프라이어로는 구워보지 않아 잘 모르겠네요ㅠㅠ
      에어프라이어로도 케이크나 쿠키를 구울 수는 있지만 오븐과는 온도 차이가 있는 것 같아요~

    Presentation is amazing as always but cake seems dense and dry, would a simple soak between layers help this?

      Yes you can put simple syrup on them

      it would be good to apply syrup to make it moist.
      Sand the cream and ripen it overnight in the refrigerator, it more moist and chewy~

      Actually, due to honey, this cake is like that when it's fresh. In original recipe it should be left in refrigerator for about a week, then it'll become soft and no soaking is needed :)

      Yes, a few days would work too but after one week it's perfect. I know it sounds crazy but thanks to honey it won't go bad, the same is with traditional ginger breads. But I'm talking about the original recipe, though it should work just the same in this case.

    Beautiful cake and the honey-sourcream filling is quite original. Thank you for sharing with us. It would be easy to alternate with a chocolate ganache layer as well. One of my father's favourite desserts was a chocolate sour cream bundt cake (w/chocolate ganache poured over the top) and he would have loved this.

    If you're actually baking this, I recommend making more of the cream (heavy/sour cream mixture), about 50%-100% more. The recipe amounts was not enough to do all the layers + top and sides.

      오일와 버터는 다른 재료라서 대체는 어려울 것 같아요~
      레시피에 들어가는 재료를 바꾸어 만들면 완성품이 다르게 나올 수 있어 레시피 대로 만드는게 제일 좋더라구요~

      다른 크림을 사용해서 만들어도 되지만 사워크림을 넣은 크림을 사용해야 꿀 케이크의 독특한 느낌을 제대로 느낄 수 있는 것 같아요~

    혹시 메도빅 식감은 어떤 느낌인가요? 예전 영상중에 벌집모양 메도빅 영상 보니까 반죽 자를때 소리를 들으면 조금 단단할 것 같은데 크림에 샌드하고 하루 지난 뒤에 마무리 하는걸 보면 그 사이에 조금 부드러워지나요..? 직접 본 적이 없어서 궁금하네요 ㅜㅜ

      일반 제누와즈 케이크와는 다른 꿀 케이크 만의 독특한 느낌이 있는 것 같아요~
      부드러운 쿠키 느낌도 나고 꾸덕하면서 쫄깃한 느낌도 나는 것 같아요~
      크림과 숙성을 시켜야 더 촉촉해지고 맛도 좋더라구요~
