Hi! I just passed my screening and I am also done with the initial interview. However, there is this question that the interviewer asked 1me in my initial interview, she asked me on how I could answer a client with a certain situation like the client was concerned with her 30-day free trial of the application but she wasn't aware that on the 31st day of using the application there will be charge. How do I answer this? I don't know about this and I think I lost the interview with what I have answered in that question. I might have my final interview and mock call today or maybe tomorrow or the next day. I'll go back here once I am done with the application process and will share the results and some tips. That is like a real-life situation most customers encounter lalo na kung makakalikutin sila. They end up forgetting na lagpas na sila sa free trial at automatically, after 30 days macha-charge sila. Mostly for subscriptions to, like Netflix for example. Free siya tapos after non may bayad na na $17.99 for example. Ang magandang resolution diyan is customer education. Most of the time inu-notify sila a week before matapos yong trial. Minsan binabalewala nila. Minsan the Company will just cancel the subscription then ire-refund si customer sa charge. Hehe
Kanina lang ininterview ako di ko expect na tatawagan ako, tapos kakagising ko lang di ko alam yung sasabihin ko, maikli lang mga sagot ko di ko masyadong nadeliver ng maayos yung sasabihin ko, ganito pala pag first timer grabe kaba at tulo ng pawis ko hahaha nabubulol tapos namemental block pa. Ang hirap pala kapag di ka handa kaya sa susunod gagalingan kona.

I'm disappointed to my self because I wasn't able to answer the mock call properly. nagulat ako kasi sobrang biglaan and I don't have any sources na pagkukuhaan ng idea about the scenario that the interviewer gave to me 🥺

Just had my vxi final interview awhile ago via video call messenger.. Few questions then lastly there's a script forwarded to me for mock call.. I'm not expecting to get passed.. I guess might as well to apply another company..

hi, I'm not an expert with this but I think when it gets to typing test you should do it on an actual pc or laptop because mobile phone is different from the pc which is actually being used with BPO works.

Hello! Yes, you will still be hired even if you are a student basta follow my tip lang. I have 2 co-workers right now who are both working student. They did not admit na student sila. They did not investigate further naman. You can do it! 💪🏽

You don't even know how to spell "klaseng" the right way. "English" is a language and therefore it has to be spelled with the first letter in capital letter; when you are going to start a new sentence after another, the first letter should be capitalized, not small letter. How would you know that VXI's standard of hiring people is low? Have you applied to them? If not yet, you better experience first before judging. They do accept working students but you shouldn't tell your interviewer that you are one during hiring process. Otherwise, they won't hire you. 🙂

Hello! Yes, you will still be hired even if you are a student basta follow my tip lang. I have 2 co-workers right now who are both working student. They did not admit na student sila. They did not investigate further naman. You can do it! 💪🏽

You don't even know how to spell "klaseng" the right way. "English" is a language and therefore it has to be spelled with the first letter in capital letter; when you are going to start a new sentence after another, the first letter should be capitalized, not small letter.
How would you know that VXI's standard of hiring people is low? Have you applied to them? If not yet, you better experience first before judging.
Also, I am not a NATIVE English speaker and I'm a human being. I make mistakes.
