If you want to get the chaos emeralds from super shin sonic, you should probably go look for knuckles because in the game knuckles punched the chaos emeralds out of sonic but this is shin sonic and in the tapes knuckles lost to sonic so you, dark, and knuckles should go back in time get the super emeralds like knuckles is currently doing in the shin sonic tapes. You can use the magic orbs or magic scrolls to try to take the chaos emeralds out of him.
But they haven't even seen the sonic crews like,Amy,tails,knuckles and the dark with red line hedgehog too neither the eggman I think all of them were killed by the evil spirit with sonic as well.

tbh you shouldve just kept the emeralds cos if you die they despawn with you anyways, and shin sonic is hungry for flesh and he will have better senses so one way or another he will get them
