I love getting to make lever keys for old safe locks! nice job. Also thank you for your content - you taught me more through my apprenticeship than my employer did :D
Such a tediously satisfying process to make a key for old safe lever locks. Very nice job and well explained Doc. Good to see the added serrations for higher security.
very nice job, I've been in the trade for 20 plus years and never had to make a key for a lever lock that size I have done small one and two lever locks on old desk draws and such but nothing like this. I'm going to have to find some lever locks like that and try it now. very nice video
Nicely done this I s a great video to show my friend's the difference between a locksporter an d a certified professional locksmith

Lever locks are alien technology to me but it was still interesting to see. You have good skills and patience. :)
Thanks 👍
Have you considered making spacers with the thickness of the lever ? That way you can progressively test levers with the cover on.
It’s actually a Jacksons safe lock, I’ve made keys for those locks before
Roughly how long did that take you?
1 hour
