4:28 Can you not just drag and drop to the new folder. That move operation seemed very long winded! and what's with the dialog positions when you step through a move process? they seem a little random.

You cover a lot of information in your PDM videos. However, you missed a step in this video, or skipped over it. When you create the folders for the Radial project you only show the model already open. How did you get the model since Alibre is now linked to the PDM safe? How about showing how to get files open from the Windows file system so you can save them to the PDM safe?

See 2:06- The file you see was opened in windows. Once the setting is changed, your saved files will be saved to the safe. The warning at 3:10 is to let you know that it is creating a duplicate file in the safe from what you have in windows. At 5:50, this file was opened from the Windows file system. Because of the setting change, when it is saved it will be imported to the safe as it was in 2:06-5:50.

@@AlibreLLC I got all that. The point I was making is that you did not show how you opened the file from windows. At 5:50 the file is already open, nothing about how to open.. Did you switch System Options back to Save in Windows or just use the Open icon to get to the Open browser?????? When set to save to Windows there is a different Open browser than when set to save to PDM. Then there is another icon to select to Open a Windows File Browser. Those steps are not shown. Your next video only shows how to import from windows into PDM, that's a different process.

@@HaroldL-bn4eo Indeed, the files can be opened from windows explorer by navigating to them and double clicking. If you use the open icon from the homescreen, within the open dialogue you can click the folder icon in the top left corner to access files from windows explorer as well.
