Before you start studying/working, pay attention to a few things here:
Checklist:
- Drink ☕
You need a drink to not be thirsty. You can prepare water, coffee or even tea to help you stay awake and stay hydrated.
- Headphones 🎧
You can put on headphones so it blocks background noise or if it's a late study session, it won't wake anyone.
- Charger 🔋
You won't even notice that your device will ran out of battery so make sure to plug it on every time.
- Study/work stuff 📘
Prepare what you need to study like books, pens, computer and anything else you need.
- Anything else you need 🐈
You can prepare blankets, heating pad, lamp or even your pet to have a study buddy.
Notes:
After one hour, walk around and take a break. Look up from your screen and open the window even if it's cold. Fresh air will help you. Do something else for 15 minutes like read a book or listen to a podcast.
Don't give up. Make sure to study hard and believe in yourself. You got this! I know it!
Have a good day, If not that's okay too. Eat healthy, drink water and have enough sleep.

These are the only pomodoro videos that worked for me so far. Mainly because of the music because right now, I really really need to concentrate, but these cats are so cute and it's like actually having them around, somewhere in the flat, living their lives.
I like that the count down noise is not too interrupting like beeping sounds or something. It's like a gentle "ok now, you really did well the last minutes, you deserve a little break now if you like".

I've tried other Pomodoro timings but yours are the best! I love how it doesn't have a loud beeping to signal the breaktimes. It's less disruptive and I love the music choice
