    I’ve started tracking healthy habits again this year and am feeling really positive about it. I did it for the first half of last year but as our restrictions eased here in UK life got really busy and I got out of the routine. I’ve made my goals super tiny eg 5 mins HIIT, couple of mins meditation so that they become part of my routine each day. I’ve colour coded into groups so I can see at a glance which areas have been neglected. 1) 10,000 steps 2)HIIT/dance, yoga & weights 3) podcasts & reading 4) journal & gratitude The first week of Jan I was busy working and still eating remainders of the holiday treats but throughout the month increased the number of healthy habits and am really pleased with my progress

    Thank you for this, not sure you have ever gone this in depth before with this section (or maybe I was asleep lol) but these are great tips and I might have to start tracking my food and that year on two looks great to track steps.
