- Hey all! Hope yous enjoy this short little battle animation of Sonic and Shadow, it's been a while since I made a proper full length 'battle' animation if that makes sense 😅

After watching the Death Battle between Shadow and Ryuko, I question how Sonic is even able to drop Shadow without being overpowered by him.
Yes I'll admit Shadow should have clearly won, this was just a short animation to test my abilities to make a fight sequence... I could've made Shadow lose his inhibitor rings or gone super but I didn't know if that would make the pacing weird 😅

@@tommurchuis5464 I mean Sonic does have access to more items than Shadow, and then there's Hyper Sonic which is definitely invincible unlike a normal Super form. Without items period, I have no clue how Sonic could get past his crazy strength and power if Shadow is just as fast as he is.
You do realise that Sonic can fight just as much as Shadow? He has more power than base shadow and faster than base shadow. Only chaos shadow would be able to actual match him in power and speed. Strength applies too. Sonic getting more powerful every second and two confirmations from both shadow himself and a manual stating that Sonic is faster.
Unless shadow goes chaos shadow (which drains him) he doesn’t stand a chance.
The reason why shadow seemed more powerful in the recent battle is because death battle decided to let Shadow have actual feats and not downplay him to mountain level like Sonic.
Talk about underestimating Sonic.

Make A Sprite Animation/Battle Between Archie Sonic Vs Lord Beerus! (P.S. Awesome Sprite Animation/Battle)
I saw a comment here from you stating shadow would’ve beat shadow, but I disagree.
Sonic can fight just as much as Shadow. He has more power than base shadow and faster than base shadow. Only chaos shadow would be able to actual match him in power and speed. Strength applies too. Unless shadow goes chaos shadow (which drains him) he doesn’t stand a chance. Shadow stans claim he’s stronger when there is literally nothing stating that. Sonic simply has more experience, stomped him in every one of their battles in the games, has just as much chaos energy experience, more strength, power and speed than base shadow and more skill.
But overall your animation is nice! I hope you get more attention!
Oh i see, I just assumed Shadow was slightly stronger than Sonic, so my bad for that..
I will admit I was a bit biased towards Sonic in this animation since I originally thought he was outmatched for Shadow 😅

@@SuperSoniq Your welcome! Most people don’t know the weird “I get more powerful every second” thing Sonic said in forces. You know what else is weird? Rouge stated that sonic has gotten much stronger and other games have characters saying things like “ your skills are sharper” meaning it isn’t a hyperbole! While shadow does in fact get stronger through training, sonic does that too plus his weird “factor”. Which is why I claim that Sonic is physically better then base shadow. I get why people assume shadow’s stronger since he shows more destructive capabilities then Sonic.

I’ve been saying this for years but Shadow stans don’t even want to hear it. If they want to say that Shadow is cooler than sonic that’s a whole other conversation, but just saying Shadow is blatantly a better fighter than Sonic is so canonically false

Thanks! In all honesty, I didn't consider the burst wisp nothing more than just a fire power up, and also there's a lack of sprites for sonic as a 'burst wisp', so I just decided to use Fire Sonic instead 😅

That was good . But what i hate about the sprite animation is that sonic is seems scary when shadow throws choas spears or energy beam but in the games he look more cooler than shadow. like sonic battle with emerl he was able to beat a robot has all everyone' abilities in the end and defeat shadow twice . The sprite animation is limit not like the real life in the game . So yeah shadow can beat sonic in Sprite animation but not in the games .
Base shadow would win but sonic would give him trouble they are almost equals sonic is faster shadow is way more stronger nice animation though

I used a program called paint.net (or also called paint dot net) to select a certain color using the wand tool, then changed it to whichever one I wanted to change the palette
