Yes, compassionately put. I hope to read all four poems. So appreciate the careful expository approach of Pastor John.

Whenever we are tempted to blame God for anything, we need to realise that if He gave us a defence of His actions, that defence would be totally compelling. He is just so much bigger than us, and His ways are just so far beyond ours.
So we need to accept this by faith and praise Him instead of blaming Him.

Exodus 32:11-14 of Exodus 32:1-35(The golden calf)
      Exodus 32:11-14
      "11 But Moses(😊❤) implored(😊❤) the LORD(😊❤) his God(😊100%❤) and said,
" O LORD, why does your wrath burn hot against your people, whom you have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power with a mighty hand?
12 Why should the Egyptians say, 'With evil intent did he bring them out, to kill them in the mountains and to consume them from the face of the earth' ? Turn from your burning anger and relent from this disaster against your people(😊❤).
13 Remember Abraham(😊❤), Isaac(😊❤), and Israel(😊❤), your servants(😊❤😊❤😊❤), to whom you sworn by your own self, and said to them,
I will multiply your offerspring as the stars(😊❤'s) of heaven(😊❤), and all this land that I have promised(😊❤) I will give to your(😊❤'s) offspri g(😊❤'s) and they shall inherit it forever(😊❤).' "
14 And the LORD relented from the disaster that he had spoken of bringing on his people."( Exodus 32:11-14 ESV Study Bible , Do you also see how Moses(😊❤) as the Old Testament mediator between God (😊100%❤)
and His people(😊❤) and how Moses(😊❤) had pleaded with God to have mercy on His mercy from the Scriptures above indirectly. Lately while we have seen many God's people in their neighborhood and i said" Shalom" to God's people
😊❤ when i see them(😊❤'s) every time lately while walking outside lately in Christ😊❤.
      .
Today also at after work, at the parking lot also meet one of God's people😊❤ descendant of Abraham(😊❤) is also Isaac😊❤ and their family. A short chat of Blessing😊❤ from God to us in Christ for good 😊❤ in Christ. I see them walking with their lovely child boy😊❤. What blessing from God to that family too in Christ😊❤. Love God( God 😊100%❤ our Father in heaven ) and love his people(😊❤) too. And do you remember our Lord and our savior also chosen by God to be born in a Jew family(😊❤) in Christ too😊❤. God had chosen His only Son ( Jesus😊1st❤) to be born or was born in a Jewish family😊❤ in Christ.
Under the content and context of John 1:1-18( The Word(Jesus😊1st❤) became Flesh😊❤) in Christ.
      Anyways, John 1:17
      " 17 For the law(😊❤) was given😊❤ ( how? ) through( by) Moses(😊❤); grace(😊❤) and truth(😊❤) came(😊❤)
through( by) Jesus Christ(😊1st❤)."( John 1:17 ESV Study Bible )
      And Romans 12:15b "..., weep❤
with those who weep❤."( Romans 12:15b ESV Study Bible) and Romans 12:16
      "16 Live (😊❤) in harmony(😊❤) with one (😊❤)
      another(😊❤). Do not(😊❤) be haughty,
but(😊❤) associate(😊❤) with the lowly(😊❤). Never be wise in your own sight."( Romans 12:15b-16 ESV Study Bible. Thank God for God's words😊❤ reminder in Christ Jesus(😊1st❤) in Christ😊❤ and Romans 8:28😊❤ in Christ😊❤ for good 😊❤ too in Christ😊❤.

      Luke 12:22-34(
      Do Not 😊❤Be Anxious)
"22 And he(Jesus😊1st❤ our Lord and our savior in Christ)
      said to his disciples(😊❤'s),
      " Therefore I tell you,
do not(😊❤) be anxious about your life,
      what you will eat,
      nor about your body,
      what you will put on.
      23 For life(😊❤) is
      more than food,
      and
      the body more than
      clothing.
24 Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God( God😊100%❤ our Father in heaven😊❤) feeds them. Of how much more value(😊❤) are you( " You😊❤'s" or us (😊❤) in Christ today too) than the birds!
25 And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?
26 If then you are not able to do as small a thing as that,
why are you anxious about the rest?
27 Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin,
yet I tell you, even Solomon(😊❤)
in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these(😊❤'s).
      28 But if God(😊100%❤)
so clothes the grass, which is alive in the field today, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will he clothe you(😊❤'s or us(😊❤'s)
      in Christ today too),
      O you of little faith!
      29 And do not
      (😊❤)
seek what you are to eat and what you are to drink, nor (😊❤) be worried.
      ( You might ask why ? )
30 For( " For " or Because) all the nations of the world seek after these things, and your Father( God our Father😊100%❤ in heaven) knows that you(Jesus😊1st❤'s disciples and to us😊❤'s today too in Christ too)
      need them.
      31 Instead
      (😊❤)
, seek(😊❤) his(😊❤) kingdom(😊❤) and these things will be added to you(😊❤'s or us 😊❤'s today too in Christ😊❤).
32 " Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father( ourGod😊100%❤)'s good(😊❤) pressure(😊❤) to give (😊❤) you( 😊❤'s)
      the kingdom(😊❤).
33 Sell your possessions, and give to the needy(😊❤). Provide yourselves with moneybags that do not grow old, with a treasure(😊❤)
in heavens(😊❤'s) that does not( " does not"😊❤) fail, where no thief approaches and no moth destroys.
      34 For where your treasure (😊1st❤) is(😊❤), there will your heart(❤😊) be(😊❤)
also(😊❤)."( Luke 12:22-34 ESV Study Bible and all parenthesis parts also in 😊❤ and for 😊❤ Christ Jesus😊1st❤in Christ. For Jesus(😊1st❤) is also my treasure ( Jesus😊1st❤ from 2 Corinthians 4:7a😊❤) "...to show that the surpassing power belongs to God( God😊100%❤ our Father😊100%❤ in heaven😊❤) and not from us."( 2 Corinthians 4:7 b ESV Study Bible)
Jesus is also my King(Jesus😊1st❤) of kings and Lord( Jesus😊1st❤) of lords too( from Revelation 19:16b😊❤ ) in Christ ( Jesus😊1st❤). Follow Him( Jesus😊1st❤) and hope more people more and more valuable people(😊❤'s)
also trust(😊❤) in Jesus( John 14:6😊❤) too in Christ.
2 Corinthians 4:7-18(Treasure in jars of clay)
Is Jesus,(😊1st❤ our Lord and our savior in Christ) also your treasure too today too in Christ too?
Yes, to Jesus( 2 Corinthians 4:7😊❤ and John 14:6😊❤) in Christ.

Any body can recover from anything with faith in God! The word cannot return void as Christ died to save sinners and rose on the third day. Christ's blood alone has the power to rebuke every evil as prayer and offerings and Thanksgiving are rendered to him as Sovereign.

Don't you think pastor John read too much into the story of Job's wife? What I meant is his explanation of the four pointers. The fact that the book does not record whether she was despaired before Satan struck Job's bone and flesh does not necessarily mean she wasn't. Also, that God didn't rebuke her at the end doesn't mean she recovered her faith after she said 'curse God and die' to Job. Job didn't remain emotional stable also after he said 'did we also receive calamities from God'. Later he was so despaired himself and wanted God to take his life away and accused God of being unfair. He went through an emotional roller coaster, didn't he?

Since you are so grounded in this we can expect you will have no qualms when your family is struck down slowly and painfully for you to just stand there and praise, rejoicing and thankfulness. You can exclaim how it was all for a purpose.
I notice the ones who preach haven't suffered much....

But Job did suffer much. And he still praised the Lord. He had a lot of hard words to say about God, but he still trusted Him.
I've had three of my closest and most beloved family members cut me off for standing up for what I believe in. My Dad has advanced cancer. I'm impoverished and suffering from major depressive disorder, fighting OCD. I have wanted to die often. I'm not gonna say I go around dancing and singing all the time or that I haven't questioned and been angry with God. But I do, still, praise the Lord. I trust Him, though He slay me. The fire hurts and I want it to go away. But I praise God that He is refining me as gold.
I don't know exactly what you're going through. It sounds terrible, from what you've said. Your suffering may be tremendous and shocking, and I am so sorry for what you're going through. But Job did praise, when he lost all his children, possessions, and health. May God give you strength, love, and hope to do the same.

God is where the buck stops. He either does it or allies it. It does NOT bring glory and does not serve a purpose. I ripped the book of job out of my Bible because it is offensive!!!!!! Giving back more than is lost does not replace the loss.

Of course God will fulfill his promises. I think the point here is God didn't owe us the promise to begin with. He did so of his own love and own free will. Not because we were deserving or were owed anything.

Interesting point. Eventhough when He promises, we can consider it fulfilled. God owing to us only exists from our perspective. Not God's.
I think the real problem is when we claim His promises to some historical biblical figures that are not for us.
