  • 2023 Hero Karizma XMR 210 Review - we finally got the chance to ride the new gen Karizma in and around Delhi-NCR. In its new avatar, the new Hero Karizma becomes the brand's first motorcycle to feature a liquid-cooled engine. Priced at Rs 1.73 lakh (introductory), the new Karizma will rival the Bajaj Pulsar F250 & Yamaha R15M. Powering the motorcycle is a new 25.5PS, 210cc, single-cylinder DOHC engine with liquid-cooling and is paired to a 6-speed gearbox with slip & assist clutch. In this first ride impressions, we tell you if the new Karizma can actually beat the likes of Pulsars & R15s in performance.

      But the ktm 200,250 engines were developed by Bajaj only because ktm has experience to make only 500 cc above engine they took help of Bajaj too make it

    In summary Hero has designed it as a full fledged sports touring machine , so it has everything that a sports tourer should have and it doesn’t have those things which a sports tourer doesn’t need … Great job Hero 👍

    HERO ne I think Pricing competitive and mass market k liye 210 cc Engine rakha, otherwise they could have properly gone with 250cc 30bhp k aas pass, and further leveraged this Karzima Brand with one more 450cc engine, 45bhp k aas pass.

    My father owns Hero Honda Glamour 2008 rode 2.5 lakhs+ km still running like a boss😍
    but last year we brought pulsar 125 many problems we have faced few days ago we changed the ecu for guarantee
    In the coming years I'll definitely buy this Karizma XMR for sure

      @@sauravdas2111 i have same bike actually i have faced this situation too but it's not about ecu but there is a device near battery which bolts get rusty because of rain water you should try to tighten them..

    I have a black Karizma R since 2010 which is still giving me the best performance ever. So I am definitely thinking of adding this beautiful beast to my collection.     I think 1 feature which most of the youtubers are missing is that this bike has automatic headlamps. If we cover the instrument panel with our hand or darken it, then the headlamps automatically get switched on.

    A motorcycle having 25 BHP, traction control will be a useless feature. Good decision from hero that they did not wasted money on that. USD forks are prone to oil seal damage according to Indian condition. Again a good job from hero for not providing that. The company was not doing well in this segment but after so many years they made a really good motorcycle. So your review may have avoided the unnecessary negatives that you are talking about.

    I have a TATA Tiago 2017; and a then Hero Honda (now Hero Motocorp) Achiever 2012.
    These two are giant Indian brands! They are gems!
    Actually, the trend for sporty looking bike in India was kicked off by the one and only, the Hero Honda CBZ ❤❤❤

    Hero just missed only USDs otherwise most of the things are totally practical and in day to day of usage

      Remember MOJO fully loaded no one bought dominar came with normal forks later added usd fork it went well with customers hero should go the same way

    Sir you explained each and every detail very nicely but you forgot to mention one very important feature which is auto headlamps which automatically turns on at night and switches off at day. Being a machine lover I hope you will take this feedback positively.

    Thank you for your detailed analysis. I must say that 3 dialled meter console of Karizma-R was awesome. I was having yellow. The meters were also yellow with orange backlit. The right dial was digital.

    Many time it happens to me that I see this guy video initially I don't wanted to open his video but I open it assuming this he might have genuine knowledge about the bike but every time he prove me wrong and he really says wrong about the bike sometimes I dought is he really a motovlloger 😅😅.     XMR yaa R15,RC200,RS200,Dominar 250, Gixxer 250, NS200, MT15, Apache200 this All bikes Are in On road price 1.8L to 2.2L and Legend Killer is R15 who lead this segment. HERO NE GALAT PANGA LIYAA HAI..

    Engine wise hero is the worst product... I own xpulse 200 4v... I Neve ever abuse my bike by sudeen acceleration or trying to reach the rpm limiter...And bike engine refinement is a big setback for me..No refinement.nothing..rattling sound after every long ride of 700 kms... It's just a myth that engine of hero is a refined...😂
    I don't know about this new engine but obviously xpulse 4V engine is horrible (bike has already been to service station on numerous occasions), just because of some issue in engine...

    Sorry but R15 is still the KING !! Heck even the Pulzar RS200 is a much much better option than this.....Now only if the front was a little bit wider & more Ducati-ish then it would have been a nightmare for Yamaha, TVS & Bajaj !!! At this point it has managed to beat only the Suzuki Gixxer !!! Well Hero better luck next time....

    How is the riding posture and comfort considering city traffic and how good of a tourer do you think it will be? So basically, is this a bike that can do everything?

      Your shoulder will not get pain on this bike like R15 and ktm RC....it's completely comfortable and made it for day to day access...you can commute without any stress

    Dont know why you are saying so much about TCS. I dont understand the functionality and need of traction control in 200cc segment bikes. Just for showcasing 🙂. Like the R15. TCS in a 150 cc bike... Really? 🤣🤣🤣

    Not a big fan of USD but unlike zmr isme bhi aapne Golden engine dia hua hai to suspension bhi aap Golden kr sakte the @heromotocorp overall the bike is fantastic ❤️

    Pulsar 180 came before the original Karizma!.. So it is the Pulsar 180 the first home made performance machine of India!.. Karizma was next but took the engine to the next level at extra cost.. The original engine was designed by the Honda engineers as the company was Hero Honda back then!..

    Oh pleaseeee Indian Auto channel guys keep whining about the USD Forks, Kawasaki doesn't do it either and no one bats an eye. 99% of buyers/riders dont even know what difference those USD forks make . Ya all want premium features but then too wont spend anywhere around 3 to 4 lakhs. No wonder...

    Why do yew need traction control for just 25 bhp bike 😮... Other things which yew said that were fine like Usd , bigger or TFT screen.
    I still doubt about the Engine refinement and I heard they might bring another variant with Usd suspension.

    The Karizma R Gold was one looker of a motorcycle. Too bad Hero did not get the IP rights to it. IMHO this XMR looks toy. Not worthy of the name i.e motorcycle.

    This machine is awesome but failed to compete ns 200, rs 200 and r15 v4. In top end ns 200 beats this machine in a fraction of minute. You can perform drag race and gets the result.

    Sir bahut achi knowledge and understanding hai apko engines ki...apne kaha ki gadi max torque 7.5k rpm tak milti hai and wahan Tak khas vibrations nahi hai and max torque tak hi main performance hoti hai..bahut sahi kaha apne...also bs6 mein mileage, pick up kam ho jati hai ye bhi jaldi se koi nahi samjhta...also u said and I agree that Carburettor se FI mein jate hain toh thodi si pick up kam ho jati hai.... isliye RE mein bahut log FIbse carb mein jate hain toh unhe jada pick up lagti hai ..but mileage kam hoti hai...overall apne Jo detail mein points cover kiye it is highly appreciable

    One thing i liked on the clip on handle is the small space for accessories, its difficult to mount accessories on clip ons this is nice..
