Royal Caribbean doesn't generally 'include' alcoholic drinks. There are drink amenities offered by Crown & Anchor tier level, i.e. for Diamond level and above; or they offer beverage packages (alcohol and non-alcohol) for sale in the Cruise Planner and/or on board their ships.
