I've probably been following you for nine or ten years now and it never ceases to amaze me how much of a workaholic you are. I attempted to start a farm about one or two years after you and never made any money. Took a few years off, have moved, and been saving some capitol which I lacked the first go-round. Hoping to make it work starting next year. I can't imagine also buying an amazing venue and completely refreshing it on top of everything else you do.
