02: The Power Of Choices

Choice is a powerful decision you must decide each and every day. Choice to live, to create, to be good or bad. It’s your choice to overcome adversity and today we indulge in the power and importance of acknowledging this.
You can literally create the life you live with the the choices you make each day so why not choose great. When I've had a bad day or when I've been hit with some type of challenge, I love that I can choose how I'm going to react and how I'll overcome that situation. It's up to you, what choices will you make today?
