@@Carelmartyn I would rather look great in my youth than look slightly good in my old age. Plus it can be easily corrected with fillers if you feel like it ages you 10-20 years later.
@@foodforever1520 You'll never look the same either way. We all are going to look different 10 years later, whether or not we get buccal fat removal. But yes fillers can definitely correct the hollowness left behind by buccal fat removal. It looks essentially the same.
@@mehreenansab9240 thinking fillers are going to naturally correct hollowness created by a superficially made pocket, especially on someone who is older with older skin is literally a fantasy. Especially when typically when older ppl get fillers for the hollowness due to natural aging, they tend to sag or look uncanny or unnatural already.
What a nice adjustment to your patient's face! The buccal fat reduction procedure balances her features for an improved aesthetic overall. I'm sure she was over the moon thrilled!
This is so true! My mum and grandma look like this after aging without getting the buccal fat removal surgery. I’m 33 and have the same face shape as them, really don’t want the bulldog cheeks in my old age 😂
Finally a doctor who explains otherwise. I really considered removing it but a lot of these plastic surgeons on TH-cam are saying not to do it. Your complete explanation makes sense
All these people searching for the ONE plastic surgeon to tell them the "truth". No, you keep looking for the one person to tell you what you want to hear to justify you getting this procedure done. 🙃🤷🏾♀️
Omg that’s why no matter what treatment I got, I still look like a chipmunk 😂 I was always wondering why I have this and I never did before I hit 40! Aging is real 😆 Thank you for the video!
Hi Dr. Nayak, I got a consultation from a doctor in my area. I'm in my early 30s and they recommended the buccal fat removal PLUS threadlifts. Is that normal to do threadlifts with buccal fat removal? fyi my NOW looks like the first example's before
I got this done about 10 days ago I’m 28 and I feel like my face looks saggy now but the dr told me this is because it takes months for the results to show he says the skin and muscle need to get used it’s new position is this true?
I think if you see sagging now, your skin may not have the elasticity to get used to/hold on to its new shape. I’d do a bit more research. I’m not a surgeon.
Or it could be because you weren't a good candidate at all in the first place. I've watched tons of videos about buccal fat removal and surgeons mention the importance of being a good candidate everytime. Like myself , i have overly puffy cheeks on the bottom part. No matter what angle i would pose for a selfie, i look like a chipmunk really so im planjing to have the surgery done next month. Other people do it for the trend or expecting unrealistic angelina jolie results even though they don't have noticeable fat pads.
I think the problem is that people who don't need it are getting it and it ages them so badly
Ages them quickly
Exactly. A lot of us need it
You all are misinformed 😂
@@shinkurtyou’re probably one of the people who don’t need it and thinks you do. What 99% of you need is a cheek *LIFT* and not a buccal fat removal.
Finally a doctor who spoke truth.👏 Other plastic surgeons keep telling how it will age you in the long run because you lose fat with aging.
This is a fairly new procedure. Nobody knows how this will end up 10, 20 years later.

Yess!! Haha
Confirmation bias
Ok this is what ive been needing!
It's so hard to find a good respectable doctor
gotcha. and some people tend to lose more fat when they age in their face others their fat and skin tends to sag more.
How much is it in your office, I have fat inside cheeks from buccal fat causing me to accidentally bite the inside of my cheeks when I eat or talk
Yesss that’s what I needed to know

Pero que pasa cuando nos mordemos los cheeks por ese exceso … yo siempre tengo dañado mis cheeks por que k me muerdo o al tallar mis dientes

I saw another doctor saying if you do it fat from up will fall down and you will se older . Soooo
I would absolutely love to have it done but I watched the procedure done on TH-cam and the patient was still awake! No, I would need knocked out
😂😂me too
What about upper cheek?

Now that 3 months have passed, bow does your face look? Did the sagginess go away?
Hi, can you please gave us an update
update pls
So basically when I get older I look like
The godfather
could u get similar effect with just masseter botox?
How many cc is normall to be removed?
How much $ please?
0.5
At least 10k and up
@@lexaneli
not 10k, it depends on how much is being removed. taking a little fat out is a minor procedure, it can cost 5k and up.
I'll stay in this opinion
Dunno if I trust a plastic surgeon with a bent nose.
maybe he is comfortable with his nose
Thats why it’s bad once Asian start aging.
what do you mean?
Western people looks 10 years older than their real age. Why would they do this? 😆
