Thanks for the video, Mrs is having a similar issue with her 208 and I had a feeling it was the A/C evap drain. Will pop the panel off and check for any evidence 👍
Can't see any blockages on the pipework but I have a sneaking suspicion that the rubber collar/grommet that the yellow pipe fits into may have lost it's seal to the body of the car and is allowing evap water to enter the driver footwell. I have packed the area near the drain with tissue and all the void under the air box to see if this tells any tales. Next job is to get in there and try pulling the collar out of the floor and try to re seal it with silicone.

That panel just pip up or had more then one screw?
