The passenger traffic between all of these other cities, on a daily basis, is much higher both in terms of number of passengers and frequency of travel. A train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad is exclusively for Gujrathis to hijack the business from Mumbai. This bullet train between Mumbai and Ahmedabad is of least use to Mumbaikars. It is almost only useful to Ahmedabadis and eventually Gujarat. Moreover, if this bullet train from Japan is not magnetic levitation (maglev) technology then what we will get is outdated technology from Japan i.e. trains running on tracks at high speed but almost half the speed of maglev train which set the world record. Not only has he got the bullet train for Gujarat but also has taken away the first 'National Institute of Coastal Policing' from Mumbai (for which 305 acres were given by Maharashtra government for Rs. 1.) to Dwarka in Gujarat. Wake up Maharashtrians and the rest of India.
