I agree with the others, as an educator for many years I agree you have an excellent teaching style and could be of value to many who want to learn. If you had a comprehensive programme teaching this stuff I would surely be at the front of the line willing to buy. Watching videos is great but being able to jump on a group coaching call and being able to ask questions, some peer coaching activities, demo videos with a willing client would 100x the value without dramatically taking up your time. I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!
