Well, I have to say, EastEnders has redeemed themselves, this masterpiece of an episode gave me Classic EastEnders vibes as this referenced Dirty Den's demise in 2005, they have outdone themselves in 2023 and we hope for more dramatic storylines like these for years yet to come. Once again, this whodunnit storyline has proved EastEnders' success and power for past years and the years yet to come. Props to everyone for making this episode the best one during this decade in time where they tackled Covid 19 and Lockdowns and still managed to thrill not just us in the UK but the nation watching this amazing episode. We're extremely excited for the aftermath and for what happens to the Six in 2024, thank you EastEnders!! Much love!
It has been a fantastic year for Eastenders and tonight was brilliantly done. The best part is this is only the beginning, the amount of great story threads created by tonights wonderful episode is insane. For a second I thought they had copped out by having the victim being Nish but boy did it turn in a truly brilliant way and I honestly cannot wait to see where it goes from here.. Bravo Eastenders

Truly brilliant. Watched it with the whole family and we all groaned in unison when the '' victim '' was Nish but the twist was so well done, with so many brilliant jumping off points to move forward with. From where Eastenders was not too long ago to where it is now is mind blowing, from unwatchable to unmissable. Mr Clenshaw deserves so much credit.

I just feel so gaslit honestly😭 The way I was fooled by the random Lauren and Keanu scene, and looking at it now, every potential victim had something to lose (except maybe Rocky) but Keanu at that moment knew he lost everything hence why he just saw red and didn’t care abt the consequences if he had killed Sharon

Apparently blaming Ian not Phil - who was actually responsible for the boat sinking which led to her son's death. She would have been happy to have Ian die a premeditated slow and painful death until she got cold feet. She also literally taunted Keanu for two minutes straight - and then Keanu did something totally out of character in response. I wish I could have sympathy for Sharon - but frankly given her actions current and past - its hard to have any!

I’m betting in the boxing day episode, the six decide on covering up everything that’s happened and while they’re dashing about, as the whole fight scene between the six and the two men felt reminiscent of Dirty Den in 2005, I feel like Keanu might wake up briefly to try to attack one of the ladies by grabbing their foot but they drive the knife back into him, then finally killing him.
I'm going to say this now, FUCK whoever chose for Keanu to be the body and for Nish to live (unless he dies as well in the next episode) because Keanu has been caring for Albie like his own and has gone out of his way so he can be with him (although kidnapping him was wrong) and Nish has been tormenting his wife for the past year. Keanu didn't deserve to die, his half sister is already dead and the Taylor family, especially Karen will be gutted. He tried to strangle Sharon which was wrong but if you found out your child which you have been caring for wasn't yours, you would be ENRAGED. The Six better finish off Nish before police arrive or Nish better be heading back to prison because this was a DICK MOVE by the producers.

- KAYFABE MOMENT - To be honest, I mean this was a SHOCK considering thinking Nish would be the one dead before this ending happened, it had those vibes of what happened with Dirty Den back in 2005 when he got murdered in the Vic. Even though you can't condone Keanu for his actions recently, I felt a bit sorry for him with how things have gone for him in recent years since the whole Sheanu affair started. I mean the history is as followed: The affair got exposed, Phil and Ben set out to kill Keanu for what he did in terms of being the "father" of Sharon's baby at the time and two-timing Louise, Keanu losing all access to Peggy, was attempted to be killed by Martin, then got banished from the Square due to Phil's threats, then returned back to later be tangled in situations of access to his kids, being threatened by Sharon and even Lisa to lose access to them unless he did what they said, him losing Peggy's access for the 2nd time due to Sharon, and then obviously the bombshell he received today/tonight. But it is what it is, Keanu did wrong behaviour but I do think Sharon was the real villain in Keanu's downfall. - COMMENT ABOUT THE EPISODE - But I will say, what an incredible 12 months leading to this - EastEnders has definite got the spark back and really showed off how much they could do under the situations they had. I think the lead up to this going into 2024 is one to really watch, like how will these events affect other characters, like Bernie who is now the only Taylor in the Square, Phil's involvement, Ravi/Nish's relations and how Nish's story will be - whether he is framed for Keanu's murder by The Six, and even Dean who may have witnessed this murder and potentially has a weapon in his hands to blackmail The Six, especially with Linda - if it is true to witness and record the whole situation on his phone.
now, explain to me how Keanu dies, and Karen and Mitch don't come back to the square for the funeral and just how is Bernie supposed to deal with all this.....talk about dumping a load of crap in someone's lap!!
Keanu was one of the greatest father's any child can ask for and one of the most likeable and approachable people who helped others before staging albies kidnap and letting Karen take the blame.
While I never ever condone violence of any sort I was so proud of Linda for saving Sharon’s life Keanu was horrible fantastic acting from Letitia Dean Danny Walters Balvinda Sopal Navin Chowldy Lacey Turner and others absolutely outstanding performances Xx

Keanu was indirectly responsible for the death of her first son and abandoned the son he had with Sharon for years. Sharon was actually going to pay for Keanu to come out to Dubai for the time she was going to be there but Keanu decided to stage a kidnapping of their son instead to force her to stay.
Very shocking what a plot twist along the episode i pinned down the men that it couldn't be and i had my bets on nish but when i realised he was alive and keanu died i was astonished

To be honest, I mean this was a SHOCK considering thinking Nish would be the one dead before this ending happened, it had those vibes of what happened with Dirty Den back in 2005 when he got murdered in the Vic. Even though you can't condone Keanu for his actions recently, I felt a bit sorry for him with how things have gone for him in recent years since the whole Sheanu affair started. I mean the history is as followed: The affair got exposed, Phil and Ben set out to kill Keanu for what he did in terms of being the "father" of Sharon's baby at the time and two-timing Louise, Keanu losing all access to Peggy, was attempted to be killed by Martin, then got banished from the Square due to Phil's threats, then returned back to later be tangled in situations of access to his kids, being threatened by Sharon and even Lisa to lose access to them unless he did what they said, him losing Peggy's access for the 2nd time due to Sharon, and then obviously the bombshell he received today/tonight. But it is what it is, Keanu did wrong behaviour but I do think Sharon was the real villain in Keanu's downfall.

But I will say, what an incredible 12 months leading to this - EastEnders has definite got the spark back and really showed off how much they could do under the situations they had. I think the lead up to this going into 2024 is one to really watch, like how will these events affect other characters, like Bernie who is now the only Taylor in the Square, Phil's involvement, Ravi/Nish's relations and how Nish's story will be - whether he is framed for Keanu's murder by The Six, and even Dean who may have witnessed this murder and potentially has a weapon in his hands to blackmail The Six, especially with Linda - if it is true to witness and record the whole situation on his phone.
now, explain to me how Keanu dies, and Karen and Mitch don't come back to the square for the funeral and just how is Bernie supposed to deal with all this.....talk about dumping a load of crap in someone's lap!!
I agree that Sharon is to blame here. And the six will probably try to hide his body somewhere. Possibly with George's help.

Keanu was one of the greatest father's any child can ask for and one of the most likeable and approachable people who helped others before staging albies kidnap and letting Karen take the blame.
He changed so much over the years. I guess it's what happens when you get involved with the Mitchells....and live on Albert square.

On the one hand, I was cheering "YEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSS" when THE thing I've been absolutely hoping to be THE thing of all all year, that being Nish himself being who'd end up on that floor, DID happen, my wish well and truly came true with that tonight, he absolutely deserved it, the f***er, for EVERYTHING he has done to EVERYONE all year, let alone just his own missus and Eve, and WELL DONE to Suki for revealing to the rest of the Six, barring obviously Stacey who's already in the full know, about her and Eve as a couple, their words of support were totally correct indeed, go go go, Suki.

Keanu was indirectly responsible for the death of her first son and abandoned the son he had with Sharon for years. Sharon was actually going to pay for Keanu to come out to Dubai for the time she was going to be there but Keanu decided to stage a kidnapping of their son instead to force her to stay.

Very shocking what a plot twist along the episode i pinned down the men that it couldn't be and i had my bets on nish but when i realised he was alive and keanu died i was astonished
