I'd love to know this as well! I've tried doing my own and from what I've seen so far 9 - 11 seems like the optimal time. Take what I say with a grain of salt though. I don't live in guelph so I don't know 100%.

If there is a stopping line then stop before it. Otherwise stop 5 meters away from track.
