why does popular mage build with arch wizard staff uses arch wizard soul chip? will it give 3/3+3/3 arch wizard buff? or 200% of int gets 100% dex instead of 100% int gives 50% dex?

@@aqsa1121 yeah vindicator is faster, but riftvoker is stronger against difficult enemy (but im lazy to climb valk, so vindicator becomes the best option)
