I think you're the first person I've watched that noticed it was Pandora and not Ainz for the fight lol. The only thing with this fight is that in the Light Novel, the Elemental Skull that was summoned actually fought a bit instead of just sitting there like in the anime.
Spoiler Free lore tidbits: Tsa (Platinum Dragon Lord) is a former companion to players that had previously come to the New World, which is how he knows of the terms "Player" and "NPC" to some degree. A couple more things about Tsa: prior to confronting Ainz he considered killing and replacing Azuth (because he is the one that gave Azuth that armor) but deemed it too much of a hassle without assuring results. And he does in fact know someone named Riku, which is how he came up with the name, though that person has a different family name and is not Aganeia, but he does feel bad about dragging Riku's name into it. To know more about Riku enters spoiler territory so this is where I'll stop. If you look closely at the armor that PDL (Tsa) uses you'll notice a small hole in the right shoulder, that is from when he fought Shalltear. Back in Season 1 before Ainz showed up to kill and reset Shalltear after she had been mind controlled PDL sent his armor to attack her as a test of her strength and her one attack against him (without her full battlements, just her Lance) left that hole. This fight is why Ainz remarks upon his arrival "it would appear that a battle took place here." P.S. next two episodes are gonna be big paragraphs from me, so sorry in advance. I can't wait to see your reaction to what's coming.

In the Middle Ages and other ancient times, oaths were much more important than today (unfortunately) and that is why the Knights and Aristocrats who are in the palace are forced to fight to the death for the king, but he has decided to release them so that can try to escape freely, without feeling that they owe you anything. By the way, they all accepted the release, but no one escaped and they were ready to fight until the end. Although they did hide from the King's sight so that he would not suffer for them. We then see the scene where Coco Doll is finally released from jail and reunites with her fellow 8 Fingers, who are waiting to be evacuated along with their families as a reward for their service... although Coco Doll will have to meet the Duke of Terror. Then we see the part of the fight in which an apparent Ainz faces the Platinum Dragon Lord or rather a puppet controlled by him. Meanwhile, Azuth tries to distract Albedo, although the difference in strength between the two is so great, that it is rather an "escape for his life". Especially since Ainz told all the guardians about the specifications of the Power Suits, so he didn't stand a chance from the start and only managed to survive because Albedo didn't want to kill him at the time. During Ainz's battle, we see that the armor loses Life Energy every time he uses magic, that's a characteristic of Wild Magic. But we also see that Ainz cannot get out of that barrier, while Albedo can enter because she has a World Class Item, which seems to indicate that this wild magic is so powerful that it can only be canceled by this type of Item. It is confirmed to us that the Platinum Dragon Lord knows about the players, although his pronunciation is strange, as if he had heard the knowledge from a third party, perhaps one of the 13 heroes who was actually a player. The Platinum Dragon Lord wants to protect the world, but for that he doesn't mind the idea of killing Azuth and give the Power Suit to someone else useful, that despite the fact that he had risked his life for him, so he's not really a good guy but a "moralist". The fan theory is that the Dragon Lords used their Wild Magic and for some reason, perhaps unintentionally, ended up bringing the players into the world, who turned against them and brought them to the brink of extinction. That is why the Platinum Dragon Lord accuses Ainz of being wrong but also says that "this is our fault". In the end, although they got information about this, since "Riku" is actually a puppet, the full extent of her power is unknown. But this one does not know Ainz's either, since the one who was fighting was Pandora's Actor, who can only imitate 80% of the original ability. Fun fact, while Pandora's Actor can copy the build of a character (like Ains), he doesn't copy class skills, and Ainz possesses tons of class skills related to buffing the undead he summons, so while Pandora's Actor's summoned undead may have seemed to struggle against PDL (Platinum Dragon Lord), Ainz' summons would fair much better. Love this series, the light novels are great too! :)
Nice catch on the missing red orb! Other little clues: The internal monologue voice was Ainz's and not Suzuki Satoru's like it usually is, Albedo was very casual when they spoke before the battle, excessively explaining his own abilities (Ainz the PVP expert would never give away info), the overly dramatic [Greater Teleportation] pose. Overall, good attention to detail on the studio's side :D Also, he sent PA with nerfed equipment (that visually looks the same as his), with no world items, and with no really powerful spells (no tier 10, no maximized or boosted magic, etc), so the power estimate Riku got was significantly weaker than Ainz's actual power. Two birds with one stone.
Good catch on Pandoras Actor, we've given you enough clues to spot the ringer, most reactors were confused when "Ains" bowed to the suit of armor and then him kneeling in the throne room, jaws dropped world wide when the real Ains praised PA. Again Ains with the misinformation with PA not having the red orb to break the barrier and Albedo breaking it with her world item now the dragon is thinking Ains is the NPC and Albedo is the player misdirection from the info master Ains. So Ains has set up the dragon since PA wasn't fighting full out the dragon will think Ains isn't that strong, fatal mistake if the dragon tries to fight the real Ains.

Yet again, a world item could've granted him go through the forcefield, but he was there to test "riku's" abilities, so he was there without a world item on purpose
I'll never understand why any reactor thinks that Ainz would be willing to kneel before the enemy in order to get information, that would be totally in character for him, after all, pride and ego are things that are foreign to him.🤨 The Platinum Dragon Lord throws out some interesting data in his dialogue, that "this was all caused by the misuse of OUR powers" leaves an interesting hint at why this all started. There is also the hint that this Riku guy was in fact a player he knew in the past, either the leader of the 13 heroes or the player he managed to kill in the past (context info from his character sheet). Without a doubt, the PDL is shaping up to be Ainz's antithesis in the NW as well as his greatest enemy to defeat, *True Dragon Lords* are no joke.

Quick fact, but doppelgängers can only use about 90% of the original persons strength, as well as having to learn how to use all of their spells/weapons, meaning Ainz would have easely won, if he was there.
I think from memory PDL is around level 90 which in the new world standards probably made him the strongest by along shot before Nazerik appeared. But Bone Daddy Ainz is level 100 without all his many world Items and if he had the Staff of Ainz Ool Goan equipped he would probably wipe PDL off the face of the planet without a second thought. It's been a few years by this point for Ainz being in this world and to see him still take such caution is great from a story perspective but also... I wanna see Ainz fight like he did with Shaltear

This is web novel only but Ainz stated that if he was to ever use it. He would lose 5 levels worth of exp. Whether this is still true to the canon Light novel I don't know. The big thing that should have clued people on is Ainz getting on his knees and begging for PDL to stop his attack just to finish a sentence. You see Pandora's actor enjoys putting a show and it's his flaw when he takes on someone's else form. After all Ainz made him to be a very quirky character. The other thing is that Ainz would never drop the act or persona of overlord. It's the one thing he would never do as he doesn't know how the NPC's would react to that.
The Platinum Dragon Lord who "Ainz: had his first encounter with is actually part of the council state not the Slane Theocracy which a lot of anime only fans have the wrong impression of. So just to not get the two mixed up the Councik State and Theocracy despise one another and are not allies in the slightest.
Fun fact: according to the wiki, Albedo and Shalltear are also fighting over Pandora’s Actor, trying to make him think of one of them as his mother. How they are doing that I don’t know but I bet it would be hilarious to see. I wish they included that in the anime.

another thing that should've set people off if they missed the world item missing from "Ainz's" chest is that Albedo was speaking pretty disrespectfully to him at a couple points.

It is unfortunate that Ains' fight was so cut down from the original. Fun Fact: There was an alternative time-line side story that covered a battle between Momonga and the Elder Coffin Dragon Lord where Momonga had only himself and the Staff of Ainz Ooal Gown.
First of all you no need to worry about being 2 episode left. Overlord story still go on tho the author himself already said it will be done soon. But the thing is the Anime will get adaptation not far long after the original source finish since this series it's the golden son of Madhouse. The profit from Overlord is no joke. And that's why Madhouse won't give up for this series to go on till it's end. My prediction is the next session which is season 5 should be the final Season. Unless they seperated the good stuff for the movie like the volume 12-13. Sorry to said but we as LN readers already know or kinda guessed how it will goes with the last volume of the series especially myself. So that's why logically season 5 will be the final season and one movie if they want it.
Ok so the Armour doesn't increase his level... basically just super hard lvl 80 shell, with a squishy level 15 body inside since it grants no stats, just a few skills abilities to use high level stuff depending on cash shop upgrades. Idea is it's useful to power level in but around 75-85 kinda should be phased out. Albedo was pulling her attacks to try drag things out to lengthen the Platinum fight to max out information, any other Gaurdian probs would have struggled to not kill him since her offense is lower than most being a tank build.
I believe the armor gives players equivalent power of that of a lvl 45. it was part of an event to bring in more new players into Ygdrassil and help them catch up with veteran players
always have to remember ainz isnt that powerful compared to some npcs and other guild members but as we saw at the end of season one is if he has the right info he will never lose even against a stronger opponent and because of this he will do anything to get that info
Lol guy struggles against Ainz and wonders if he could find a way to win but wasn't actually fighting Ainz. He doesn't stand a chance against the real one at his full power.
Too bad some people couldn't keep their mouth shut, and had to inform Gaz beforehand that Pandora's Actor didn't had the red orb. It's not something that was revealed, so it was not something that Gaz was supposed to know (actually, have we ever seen Pandora's Actor impersonate Ains before? He usually impersonate Momon when both characters need to be present but I don't remember if he had ever impersonated Ains). Some people brought very interesting knowledge from the LN, being careful not to spoil anything, but I guess not everyone had the same courtesy, too impatient to show their knowledge which, in the end, robbed us from a great reaction over the twist.

Ravenleaf is wrong on this. As said before the anime depicts the king as well as the kingdom as far too nice. This is a king that has 40-60 years of rape, pillaging his own people, slavery, forced conscription of the populace and more crimes under his belt.
Shameful Pandora's actor bowed like that. The reason that barrier stopped Pandora was it was created by a world item, and would need one to pass through it. Normally AIns has the red orb in his chest as his world item he carries. Albeddo has her own so she was able to pass freely. Riku was the name of a "player" the dragon met 200 years ago.
Technically the barrier is created using wild magic which is on par with World Items. Pandoras Actor didnt have a World Item on him so thats why he wasnt able to break through the barrier.

another thing that should've set people off if they missed the world item missing from "Ainz's" chest is that Albedo was speaking pretty disrespectfully to him at a couple points.

First of all you no need to worry about being 2 episode left. Overlord story still go on tho the author himself already said it will be done soon. But the thing is the Anime will get adaptation not far long after the original source finish since this series it's the golden son of Madhouse.
The profit from Overlord is no joke. And that's why Madhouse won't give up for this series to go on till it's end.
My prediction is the next session which is season 5 should be the final Season. Unless they seperated the good stuff for the movie like the volume 12-13.

Ok so the Armour doesn't increase his level... basically just super hard lvl 80 shell, with a squishy level 15 body inside since it grants no stats, just a few skills abilities to use high level stuff depending on cash shop upgrades. Idea is it's useful to power level in but around 75-85 kinda should be phased out. Albedo was pulling her attacks to try drag things out to lengthen the Platinum fight to max out information, any other Gaurdian probs would have struggled to not kill him since her offense is lower than most being a tank build.
I believe the armor gives players equivalent power of that of a lvl 45. it was part of an event to bring in more new players into Ygdrassil and help them catch up with veteran players

It's not something that was revealed, so it was not something that Gaz was supposed to know (actually, have we ever seen Pandora's Actor impersonate Ains before? He usually impersonate Momon when both characters need to be present but I don't remember if he had ever impersonated Ains).
Some people brought very interesting knowledge from the LN, being careful not to spoil anything, but I guess not everyone had the same courtesy, too impatient to show their knowledge which, in the end, robbed us from a great reaction over the twist.

Shameful Pandora's actor bowed like that. The reason that barrier stopped Pandora was it was created by a world item, and would need one to pass through it. Normally AIns has the red orb in his chest as his world item he carries. Albeddo has her own so she was able to pass freely. Riku was the name of a "player" the dragon met 200 years ago.
Technically the barrier is created using wild magic which is on par with World Items. Pandoras Actor didnt have a World Item on him so thats why he wasnt able to break through the barrier.
