Hi cee. I heard some Sri lankan youtubers say binaural beats are better than subliminals. Is it true?
As far as I have learnt binaural beats need visualisation or meditation with them. They're powerful but need to be clubbed with something else for specific manifestations. Whereas subs don't always need that. Both are useful in different ways.
It is not better but also it isn't worse. They are different things, it's like comparing a chocolate to an orange. A binaural beat cannot target a specific intention, for example. You cannot make a binaural beat that gives you longer hair, meanwhile you can make a subliminal that gives you longer hair. They are also possible to be paired, you can make subliminals with binaural beats, so comparing them and saying binaural beats are stronger or better is a bit disingenous imo
