I remember when GUILLERMO BUILLERMO was starting to doubt his decission to be Nandor's familiar. The first two seasons I pretty much disliked him for being a pathetic bootlicker, but after season 3 I'm thinking that meeting Nandor made his life so much more exciting. People born into violence and chaos crave stability and 'normalcy' like nothing else. Those born into mediocrity on the other hand dream their entire life of adventures and action. Nothing is more human than not being satisfied with what you have and still feel unfulfilled when you finally get all the things you wanted.
Both what we do in the shadows and our flag means death explore this theme. If you haven't seen the latter yet, check it out! It's so interesting to see the contasts of Nandor/Bleackbeard having lived in violence and seeking peace VS Guillermo/Stede living their entire lives as regular people and looking for adventure. In both situations, they are jealous of each other's lifestyles and rankings.

[2] I actually hear ''`donde estan refrigerador?', but that's not proper spanish - there's only one fridge so it should be 'esta', and it's missing 'el' ('the'). She *sounds* like a native speaker to me, so my guess is that I'm just mishearing her accent.
