Puma has good cheap sneakers at very reasonable quality. If you go on websites like shoes, shoebacca, or finish line, and go low to high, you'll find good 20-45 dollar sneakers and athletic shoes that are very comfortable, and I've been shopping Puma regularly for over a year now, and all my shoes still look great. So definitely a good brand for cheap sneakers. Also, Kenneth Cole has great sales and deals quite often, they have good dress shoes, and sneakers. Recently they had clearance sneakers for 19$, down from 70. So both Puma and Kenneth Cole are great for cheap, but good shoes.

Recently found a minimalistic sneaker brand called Rad from india. They are claiming to be handcrafted with real leather and seems pretty affordable for me being indian. Haven't used them or seen them in person but i think they'll be worth a look.

Sports like Boxing, MMA, and Wrestling, lets say,...don't burn as many calories and fat as all the hype might suggest. You see all these women in the classes wrapping their hands and hitting punching bags and so on. The activity is so intense, that you actually burn more sugar (carbs) than fat. Also, since it's all so " stop and start, "...a full Boxing workout doesn't burn all that many calories. Same goes for wrestling practice. Most boxers and wrestlers who are lean, generally get that way through their running, rope skipping, and diet. What I do now is one day per week I do HIIT cardio (intervals)...and then do a resistance training workout a few days later. The majority of my training is WALKING...and DIET. If you want to lean yourself out and get ripped....Walk 6-8 hours per week, and incorporate a whole foods diet and then do an occasional HIIT cardio program with some progressive resistance in the weight room. I don't want to knock Boxing,...as it taught me a lot, but it's a very rough sport, and there are better ways to get leaner and healthier to look good and look good in your clothes, without busting yourself so much. You gotta good looking face, brother.....why fuck it up? lol.....Or, as the man said...." be a thinker,....not a stinker." But I'll leave it up to you Devan. Take care, man....
liked several pair but I need WIDE width. Went to NIKE .com today 9 styles TOTAL wide width ….. out of everything th y have 9 styles!!! CRAZY I know many people have wider feet! Mine have become wider with age!!!! And all of those looked the same! HELP! LOL
