Nah I do believe he would need evolution since we all know how ridiculous the fusion multiplier is + Kefla is using SSJ2Berserk as shown by her green hair which Is very likely stronger than a standard ssj3 transformation so no wonder fusion multiplier is like 1000× base ×2 + SSJ2 Being 100 × + Beserker probs being 300× and even though this is head cannon you can very much understand why she is so brokenly strong
The amount of fans that think SS2 Kefla obliterates that SSBE Vegeta is mind-boggling. It's like they've completely forgotten any sense of rationale and reasoning and will do anything to disrespect him. I agree that it would definitely take this SSBE form of Vegeta to beat her, SSB won't be enough.
Dude that was amazing. It took me a while to comment because I didn't want it to be half assed. At first it bothered me a little Vegeta's intense blue to change his clothing colors but it soon stopped being a glaring issue with sometimes the blue being rough around the edges. However, I know what it's like to use that color corrector so don't sweat it. Sometimes the background seemed misplaced, but sometimes its hard to match them. Like with her finishing move at the end during the rapid punching exchange, I'd suggest making Vegeta appear over her during certain moves to make it seem they are together. After that, the sequence where Vegeta gets hit was done amazingly, I liked it very much. No remarks whatsoever after that, Vegeta powers up and it's all what I would expect. Also I agree with your reasoning for their power differences.

______________people need to remember how severely drained goku was after his fight with jiren and how important fatigue is in scaling, (he couldn't even move before frieza gave him a minimal amount of energy that he could move) and that's when a full power caulifla has a full on fight with just that weakened goku's base power. that alone should show the massive gap in their power so ssb caulifla would likely be between a full powered goku's base power and his ssj power at most so there is no chance that she could even compare to top ssb goku unless she went of to train with an angel for like 5 years to increase her base power. if goku was at full power then kale and caulifla damaging base goku would be a sin vegeta would only need ss1 at most

Personally I think Vegeta would lose since it took Ultra Instinct to get rid off Kefla and even then it utterly drained him. But my opinion on this match-up doesn't change the fact this is really solid. My only problem would be the questionable recoloring in some places but otherwise, that's pretty... explosive.^^

Goku was severely weakened by Jiren in the previous fight mentioned numerous times by Whis. Goku even when weakened was still beating SSJ Kefla using SSJBKx20 however because of his body still being fragile one critical blow is all it took to put him down. Therefore a SSJBE Vegeta who is equal to a non crippled Goku at base would be equal or greater than ssj2 Kefla in my opnion. This actually makes sense since in the manga it showed Kefla could’ve been beaten by mystic Gohan, and Goku normally without the stamina drain from fighting Jiren probably could’ve, and in my opinion SSBE Vegeta is stronger than KKSSBx20 Goku, and that’s not even including the strongest version of Vegeta. The manga version, which from what we can tell now has a stronger base form than Goku.

Heck, when he went kaioken against BSSJ1 Kefla it only took one clean hit to put him down even though he was winning beforehand and the same thing would have happened again if he got hit whilst in UI. He would've taken major damage due to his frail body, the only thing keeping him going was his mind forcing him to not give up and to carry on fighting even if his body was dead weight. Some even say that the only reason he had the energy to use whilst in Ui was due to reminiscent energy from the spirit bomb however that didn't stop his body from being as frail as ice.

1. Goku was much much weaker in his fight against Kefla as stated many times in the show due to previously fighting Jiren 2. Even a weakened SSJBKX20 Goku dominated SSJ Kefla until Kefla got a shot on him which due to Goku's body being fragile due to fatigue from fighting Jiren knocked him clean out. If a weak Goku can dominate Ssj Kefla briefly than a full power Goku could easily push her to go ssj2. 3. Vegeta SSJBE > SSJBKX20 Goku Wanna know why? Both are equal in power however as proven in the tournament of power SSJBE Is much MUCH easier to retain through longer fights unlike kaioken which only takes one clean hit to knock the user out off which in this case is Goku. Kefla SSJ2 Vs SSJBE Vegeta would be mad close especially in terms of general power however I think Vegeta would take the cake based on the fact that he can take much more attacks than a Fragile Ui Omen Goku since a single beam was stated to be lethal to him as stated by Whis whereas Vegeta took much stronger attacks from Jiren and still came back relatively quickly and returned almost instantly back into SSJBE with bearly any recovery time when compared to what Goku needed after the first clash with Jiren and even then Goku got a splash of energy from Frieza but still needed a load of time to recover. So yeah it's basically a battle of recovery which Vegeta takes the cake all day long. All the same can be said if Vegeta SSJBE went against Goku SSJBKX20 in which Vegeta would 100% win not by having additional power over Goku but instead purely bring able to hold the power increase of SSJBE for much longer durations than Goku can hold kaioken and he is also able to recover and go straight back into SSJBE almost instantly something Goku has stated and shown to struggle doing with Kaioken. Tho if Goku went Ui Omen Vegeta would be flailing around like a mad man and not landing a thing.

I believe that Vegeta wins but not very easy. Look: SSG Goku that was not recovered was much lower than Base Kefla, so SSG Vegeta would be just a little weaker or equal with her in that state. Kefla in SSJ using maximum power had a ki comparable to Goku's Genkidama ep 109. Even so when Goku used the Kaioken 20x he gained the advantage, even with almost depleted energy, and hit her in the belly and she had problems. The fact is that he lost because he was reaching the limit for not having recovered his strength and having used Blue with Kaioken, and still doing that Kamehameha. There's still more ...
Blue Evolution Vegeta initially has the same strength as the Blue Kaioken 20x Goku, this in episode 123 when Goku was stronger than the same one from ep 115, you can already know that Blue Evolution is superior to her in SS1 with full power, but the SS2 Kefla is already quite different, she is much stronger, now to the point that Vegeta defeats her only with the normal Blue Evolution, it is complicated to talk if it is possible. I believe that the Blue Evolution Vegeta enraged who was fighting against God Toppo would win the SS2 Kefla

It was stated in Episode 115 by Champa, Vados, and Whis that Goku was heavily drained of stamina. You know, due to nearly dying from that Genki Dama and using Ultra Instinct for the first time against Jiren, then getting blasted away from him as well.The man still had his injuries and it was going to take a while for him to regain his energy.
Now, you know that 1 to 2 minutes takes about an entire episode in this show, so he did not have enough time to regain his power. The fact that Goku, heavily drained in SSJ2, was able to keep up with a fully energized SSJ2 Caulifla and Legendary SSJ Kale was a feat in and of itself. He was forced to turn SSJG because his tired SSJ2 form wasn’t getting him anywhere. Super Saiyan God is a tier of power light years above a regular Super Saiyan 2.
Now on Kefla’s case. The show made her seem way stronger than she actually was but that was far from the truth. Numerous times it was stated by the gods that Goku could have taken an SSJ Kefla at his God state. The only reason why she could take out SSB Kaioken was 1) He was already almost out of stamina powering up to Kaioken so he was about to drop out of that state, which Beerus himself said and 2) She caught him off guard with the kick to his head.

Ultra instinct was actually overkill, in the manga Ultimate Gohan was able to take her out. Plus Goku was heavily fatigued from his fight with Jiren

Goku was severely weakened by Jiren in the previous fight mentioned numerous times by Whis. Goku even when weakened was still beating SSJ Kefla using SSJBKx20 however because of his body still being fragile one critical blow is all it took to put him down. Therefore a SSJBE Vegeta who is equal to a non crippled Goku at base would be equal or greater than ssj2 Kefla in my opnion.

This actually makes sense since in the manga it showed Kefla could’ve been beaten by mystic Gohan, and Goku normally without the stamina drain from fighting Jiren probably could’ve, and in my opinion SSBE Vegeta is stronger than KKSSBx20 Goku, and that’s not even including the strongest version of Vegeta. The manga version, which from what we can tell now has a stronger base form than Goku.

Heck, when he went kaioken against BSSJ1 Kefla it only took one clean hit to put him down even though he was winning beforehand and the same thing would have happened again if he got hit whilst in UI. He would've taken major damage due to his frail body, the only thing keeping him going was his mind forcing him to not give up and to carry on fighting even if his body was dead weight.
Some even say that the only reason he had the energy to use whilst in Ui was due to reminiscent energy from the spirit bomb however that didn't stop his body from being as frail as ice.

1. Goku was much much weaker in his fight against Kefla as stated many times in the show due to previously fighting Jiren
2. Even a weakened SSJBKX20 Goku dominated SSJ Kefla until Kefla got a shot on him which due to Goku's body being fragile due to fatigue from fighting Jiren knocked him clean out. If a weak Goku can dominate Ssj Kefla briefly than a full power Goku could easily push her to go ssj2.
3. Vegeta SSJBE > SSJBKX20 Goku
Wanna know why? Both are equal in power however as proven in the tournament of power SSJBE Is much MUCH easier to retain through longer fights unlike kaioken which only takes one clean hit to knock the user out off which in this case is Goku.
Kefla SSJ2 Vs SSJBE Vegeta would be mad close especially in terms of general power however I think Vegeta would take the cake based on the fact that he can take much more attacks than a Fragile Ui Omen Goku since a single beam was stated to be lethal to him as stated by Whis whereas Vegeta took much stronger attacks from Jiren and still came back relatively quickly and returned almost instantly back into SSJBE with bearly any recovery time when compared to what Goku needed after the first clash with Jiren and even then Goku got a splash of energy from Frieza but still needed a load of time to recover. So yeah it's basically a battle of recovery which Vegeta takes the cake all day long.
All the same can be said if Vegeta SSJBE went against Goku SSJBKX20 in which Vegeta would 100% win not by having additional power over Goku but instead purely bring able to hold the power increase of SSJBE for much longer durations than Goku can hold kaioken and he is also able to recover and go straight back into SSJBE almost instantly something Goku has stated and shown to struggle doing with Kaioken. Tho if Goku went Ui Omen Vegeta would be flailing around like a mad man and not landing a thing.

i dont think the dragon ball fandom gets what fatigue is and how important it is for scaling. It was stated in Episode 115 by Champa, Vados, and Whis that Goku was heavily drained of stamina. You know, due to nearly dying from that Genki Dama and using Ultra Instinct for the first time against Jiren, then getting blasted away from him as well.The man still had his injuries and it was going to take a while for him to regain his energy.
Now, you know that 1 to 2 minutes takes about an entire episode in this show, so he did not have enough time to regain his power. The fact that Goku, heavily drained in SSJ2, was able to keep up with a fully energized SSJ2 Caulifla and Legendary SSJ Kale was a feat in and of itself. He was forced to turn SSJG because his tired SSJ2 form wasn’t getting him anywhere. Super Saiyan God is a tier of power light years above a regular Super Saiyan 2.
Now on Kefla’s case. The show made her seem way stronger than she actually was but that was far from the truth. Numerous times it was stated by the gods that Goku could have taken an SSJ Kefla at his God state. The only reason why she could take out SSB Kaioken was 1) He was already almost out of stamina powering up to Kaioken so he was about to drop out of that state, which Beerus himself said and 2) She caught him off guard with the kick to his head.
