The guy in the middle is the eldest brother Sir Barry Gibb. Sadly he’s outlived all 3 of his brothers. Just his sister left 😔
Yes. He will be 75 on September 1, (2021). That date will also be his 51st wedding anniversary and wife Linda. They have 5 adult kids, and 7 (some reports say 8) grandchildren. His sister, Lesley is the first born.
Interesting: In the first generation of the Gibb family, there are 4 males and one female, who is the first born. Second generation (Barry's kids) He has 4 sons and one daughter. His daughter is the first born.
Barry is the only brother left as they all died. They had a younger brother (Andy gibb) who died of an overdose way too young.. think he was in his twenties. It hit the bee gee brothers very hard. Look Andy Gibb up as you wont be disappointed I promise.

1.Barry Gibbs is 2 years older than I am. I grew up in this Era called DISCO.
2.Barry was the lead singer and his brother's were mostly backup, but all 3 were GREAT.
3.This was Family Harmony at its best.
(Three voices that sounds like one).
4.They were a normal band until they tried something different.
5.It was an accident, they decided to sing "FALSETTO" for fun.
6.The people loved it, and DEMANDED more.
7 This became their unique, signature sound, and trademark that shot them to the top.
8. Barry was the lead singer, Robin and Maurice HARMONIZED ALSO IN FALSETTO.
9.Their unique sound that made them famous.
10 If you listen close you can hear the Falsetto of all 3.
11. It became their standard. The Disco Era was dying at this point.
12. The Bee Gee's Music, breathed new life into the Disco Era.
13, That kept DISCO alive and popular for many more years.
14. The Bee Gee's wrote 1030 songs in their life.
15.They wrote many songs, for other famous artist, who made those songs famous.
16.They broke many long standing records, in their lifetime.
17. They wrote all of their own music.
18. And all 3 played instruments themselves.

I believe this song came out in 1975 it was off of the movie Saturday Night Fever. They have another song on the soundtrack called You Should Be Dancing that has all four of the brothers singing you should do a reaction to it it's fire.
