Florentina Costina Marincu, was born in April, 8th of 1996. Height: 171 cm. Weight: 69 kg. Grew up in Deva a city famous for gymnastics. In 2014 and 2015, she suffered a herniated disc that she underwent treatment for in Germany. As a form of therapy to fix her back issues, she took up bobsleigh and had six months of training to help strengthen her back muscles. Then she got married to a Georgia citizen, named Iusco and gave birth to a son, in 2016. Within a year of competing in bobsleigh, she won gold in the two-woman event, at the 2018 World Junior Championships, in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Graduated in Physical Education-Sport Studies, in December, 2018 at University of Alba Iulia, Romania.

Prima greseala la doamna: nu are plecare corecta de la inceput, nu se balanseaza plecarea, se pleaca corect de la un punct fix (la dinsa cu piciorul sting), se mentine aceeasi crestere a vitezei, sa fie constanta aceasta crestere la fiecare saritura si numar constant de pasi de alergare, se alearga f. rapid pt. cistigarea vitezei inainte de saritura (poate un elan mai lung), nu trebuie sa te influenteze pragul de bataie, nu corectezi elanul de bataie si bataia dupa prag, pragul trebuie batut ca si cum ai alerga normal, mentine 45 grade in saritura dupa bataia la prag, cu genunchii strinsi cistiga distanta in groapa cu nisip si impinge cele doua picioare cit mai in fata, du corpul cit mai in fata, du miinile inspre in fata, zbori in groapa aproape cu picioarele paralele cu nisipul, aduna-te in nisip la aterizare sau iesi pe lateral, etc. Stilul meu era ca ma ajutam de miini deasupra gropii si le si invirteam ca si cu picioarele pt. a cistiga ceva plus la aterizare. 60m, 80m, 100m sint bazele de sprint pt. un saritor in lungime. Viteza sa fie cit mai mare.

There is no finer example of a woman's physique than Florentina ! Man that lower body is to die for,but Ivana is still very hot,not quite as hot as Florentina
