if you pause at the right moment at 7:18 you will notice that is a different cake to the one shown at 7:19.
They do that a lot. Swap out other things they cooked with perfect ones or store bough ones because their recipients likely don’t work.

Macarons are really tasty..but very sweet and sugary..
The best thing about macarons is their airy texture, and that's the most difficult part about making them, too. They're mostly too sweet but, not so much is you have a sweet tooth. It's an idea to make them small in size, you know, just bite size, so you're not overwhelmed with the sweetness. The macaron recipes here are worth a shot.
