Love her. She's so gracious and thoughtful when she speaks to everyone who helped create these dresses, and that says so much about her character. That's the way everyone should be, but we all know plenty of celebrities who think other people are beneath them--especially celebrities who were born into privilege like Sofia was. The fact that she escaped those common character flaws is really a testament to her parents.
