Awesome set up. You, Cole, Brian, and Walkers all up graded sprayer trailers this year. Like how you went vertical to get more space. Lots of cool stuff out there. I will retire from the Army I a few years and hope to be farming soon after. This will definitely go in my toolbox of good ideas.

The new spray trailer setup looks good. Maybe time saved will let you put out another load per hour or so !
Does your setup have a scale on it or electrical meters to get your chemicals added in like the one on Cole the cornstar other than that looks like a great setup
Jay Thomas the cones have marks on them the we fill up to for bulk products and we can dump the jugs in the cones

You should check out a MyYield treater.
No drum, more gentle on the seed, can treat right into the drill.

The only thing I would ask is if you can turn down the beginning and ending music of the videos because it's alot louder than you talking so I turn up the volume to hear you and then the music plays and it almost blows my ear drums out if you could possibly do that. I love your channel and what you stand for and how you live your life. I have been binge watching all of your videos the past couple of days now keep up the great work

nice set up Tony...saving 8 min a load doesnt seem much to people, but it would be interesting to know roughly how many loads you would do in a season and the total hours saved overall, probably a scary number

OK question you needed air to run stuff. So why not just use the air off the truck. I’m wondering if you didn’t think you would have enough volume or pressure to run things. Anyways looks like a cool set up.

Why not use the air off the trailer? That is how we did our nurse system, open a valve and blow everything out of the line to the sprayer
Since there is 3 air powered pumps we didn’t want to have to start the truck to fill the sprayer.
That makes sense.

This week it is nice. It isn’t freezing at night anymore.
why wouldnt ya just mount a tank tony and run off the truck cmp, with the truck and trailer tanks and a additional tank prob have all reserve to run the system and one less motor to fight to start or fix down da road?
The truck would have to be started every load. The pumps use a fair amount of air.

Tony ,y'all are trying too hard ! All you had to do was call Bloomburg , and in about 30 seconds he could " learn " you how to be a farmer ! Thanks for the videos and stay safe !

David Raaf everybody load will fill in 4 minutes. It used to take 12 at the very fastest before or even longer.
nice chemical rig! can you switch what each of the pumps move to be able to have a built in back-up when murphy raises his head and one of the Hondas don't start?
Chuck G are you talking chemical pumps or water pump to fill the sprayer?
@@FastAgMontana I'm thinking both! On my boat I have back up pumps for everything. Worked out great cause you can't get many - stinking parts senior - in Baja. I even rigged valves to be able to bypass a pump that went belly up on one cat and use the one on the other cat engine for it.

WhiskeyTangoFoxtrot Ranch yes for sure. That tractor doesn’t have much visibility up. He would have seen the 4th bale. But yes open station would have been a bad deal.

Are you going to leave the trailer set up like that or take it all off when your lot using it
debating on that yet. if we have to haul a lot of hay we will take it all off. should take less than an hour.

Believe to Believe.... could you please tell me why it is you have to buy new seed each year if you grow seed already... Yet its somewhat Organic seed you buy ..What do you call the seed you have in the grain holders if not somewhat Organic seed to use the next year, is it because of the chemical you put on the seed to fight off bugs and weeds is the problem? or is it because the seed you grow isn't really good for Animals or People. Thank you Brother..
Keep America & Yisrael Great our canola is certified seed and we can’t re grow our own seed. The rest we can re plant, the chemicals won’t affect the ability to grow.
