Which engine and materials were used to build this plane? Also, did you cover it with iron-on plastic film, or tissue & fuel proof dope?
The engine is a Fox 35. The materials used were foam wings that were painted with white glue, and then covered with iron on laminating film. The film needs to be *low temperature*. The rest of the plane is balsa and plywood painted with dope then clear 2k automotive. No tissue.
@@winnipegperfectcircleflyin7859 Thanks! 😃 Nice flying! The engine sounds great as well. I only made & flew C/L models with my Cox Babe Bee 0.049. I sealed the balsa/ply structures with nitrate dope, followed by Testors "Hot Fuel Proof" Dope. Great days! 👍😀
wow that flies pretty good! No rudder needed?
No rudder needed, just a little engine offset, line rake and centrifugal force.
Lousy engine run. Replace the NVA.
After checking the engine every head bolt was loose. Stock nva is good enough.
I haven't seen this type of flying since the dinosaurs roamed earth. Does it have it's RID module?
😁GOOD ONE. THANKFULLY WE ARE EXEMPT FROM ALL THOSE GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS. THEY TRIED TO INCLUDE US BUT FAILED
