I remember having Barca way back in Fifa 19, and doing player swaps with a League 2 club. I gave them a bunch of 80 rated players and checked on them every year. They never got off the bench, the team never got promoted either. The players never got playing time until I played against them in the FA Cup, and then all 8 of them finally debuted for the club, after 4 years of not playing them.

Here's an idea for a video, it came to me when you said "Arsenal are a team with a documentary about them"
There is another Arsenal in the game, in the Argentine league (Arsenal de Sarandi). And it is not one of the good teams of that league. In fact, is a bad team.
Why not take control of the Argentine Arsenal, put in the English league with the billion pounds, buy all the good players, and win the Premier League title or FA cup or whatever you want to win? Buying some of the key players from the British Arsenal would be an opportunity for jokes, so would be how the manager eneded up on that team (like, he tought he was going to be working for Arsenal, not the Other Arsenal).
