Hey! Just wanted to say I’m a paramedic student who works full time as well and watching you stay motivated during your videos shows me it can be done!!! Thanks for your videos! Any tips on how to workout while also doing clinicals/ride time/working full time?
Hey. I would definitely say don’t expect to be able to workout 5-6 days a week. If you get to do 3 days, that’s a good start. Try to limit it to 30-45 mins so you don’t feel like it’s taking time away from studying etc. Try using it as a study break. Best of luck with your studies 💛
