- "Courante" (Springtanz 6, TMA 183) iz zbirke "Terpsichore" skladatelja Michaela Praetoriusa izvedeno na orguljama u Crkvi Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije u Malom Lošinju.
Orgulje je izgradio Gaetano Callido 1781. godine.

"Courante" (Springtanz 6, TMA 183) from "Terpsichore" by Michael Praetorius, played on the organ at Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Mali Lošinj, Croatia.
The organ was built by Gaetano Callido in 1781.

Despite the tune of the organ this is one of the best performances of Courante I've heard - the tune being off simply adds character! Old organs are the best for that reason and the timing and use of stops is excellent here. Very well done

Unfortunately, the organ is in a poor condition, but I agree, stops which are not in tune give a rather peculiar but also charming character to this piece. Old organs are always the best choice to play on as far as I'm concerned and probably always will be. Today's instruments lack a certain charm that the old ones have. Once again, thank you very much!

Regal 8' at 1:55?
It is a stop called "Corno inglese", which is an italian variant of Crumhorn 8' so I guess you could say that it is somewhat similar to Regal 8'.

nicely played, sadly the sound the organ produced sounds quite out of tune to me, it must be the temperament.
Thank you! Yes, you are right. The organ is quite out of tune. This instrument is otherwise tuned to equal temperament, but after many years of it not being tuned, it sounds like this. 🙁
