Cornstarch (35g/~3 level tablespoons).
Milk (500ml/2 cups).
Butter (30g/3 tsp).
Chocolate (100g / 3.5oz).
Cream 33-36% (200ml/4/5 cups).
Any shape (I used an oval measuring approximately 25 x 20 cm / 10 x 8 inches).
Dip your favorite cookie (400g/14oz) in milk.
Chocolate (100g).
Cream 33-36% (100ml/2/5 cups).

25 x 12 cm tin, lined with cling film.
Savoyardi cookies 14 pcs.
Egg (1 pc.).
Sugar (150g/~3/4 cup).
Milk (500ml/2 cups).
Cornstarch (70g/7 tablespoons).
Milk (500ml/2 cups).
Butter (40g/4 tsp).
Chocolate (100g/3.5oz).
Decorate with cocoa.

That dessert looks awesome. This is from Palm Bay, Florida. We don’t have that type of cookie. Maybe a Lorna dune or a tea cake cookie. Also used two whole eggs and the recipe called for two egg yolks. Yummy!
