Mom is always in Korea every year. She spends around 20-30k only. Including airfare and hotel. In that amount, pasalubong and food are also included. She spends 10 days everytime she goes there. There are so many ways to save whenever you go to Korea. 80k is way too much. Pang-Europe trip na yan.
I don't think 80k will get you to Europe kasi nasa 60k na ang plane ticket pero 80k is a bit too much for Korea (unless may kasama kang family or matagal ka talaga)
My grandmother was able to go to Europe with 47k ticket. She got it so cheap kasi sale. So I guess, kung magaling ka talaga maghintay ng sale and swerte ka, you can go wherever you want with 80k budget. But going back to the video, sobrang laki pa rin ng amount na nagastos para lang sa Korea trip. In respect naman, kanya-kanya talaga tayo ng paraan ng paggastos at pagtipid ng pera kapag travel na ang paguusapan.

for me... marami hostel sa booking.com tag 450-600 a day lang... soo.. 6k in 10days... food may breakfast na kasali sa room(hanap kayo ng included na para tipid), lunch is 250-400 pesos 4k in 10days, dinner is may kusina sa hotel, buy ka sa convenience then luto2x na lang, itlog2x and rice para mura! haha isang tray ng itlog bilhin mo!!! bili rin ng fish or beef/pork slices (in 10 days 2000+ another 2000 if hindi ka maka uwi ng maaga to cook and you want to eat out) bread2x lang kasi bfast ng hotel so kasali na agahan sa tira2x ng dinner =, then another 2000 for snacks and beer ( you should atleast try dba?)...sim klook 1,606/10 days...lotte world 1464... nami island tour +petite france tour 1,738... sa transportation naman. i tend to change hostels frequently, example 3days dito na area. 3 days dun sa kabilang area, then 3 days in another area... in that way, pwede mo lang lakarin yung mga lugar2x... you want to experience the everyday life in korea? you should WALK... so ayun, minsan lang ako nag tre-train and nakalimutan ko na ang total(1000 na lang natin) btw im from davao. my ticket was 11,500 roundtrip without extra bags... i only have 1 bag, in autumn so hindi masyado malamig (less jacket) 7 shirts 1pants 1 shorts 9 briefs. i bought 2 i love korea shirts and ref magnet (1000php) =) another technique... in the airport, wear 1 sweater + 1 jacket.. ipasok mo lang sa bag pag pasok na ang free kilo of baggage allowance =) if hindi ka sanay sa lamig, wear them. again... this budget is only good for cheapskate like me and just want to experience the hype of kdramas and maybe some kpop =) another note, bumili ka ng sim for the purpose of google maps(para hindi ka mawala!), 2nd is google translate, may mga taong no english besh, need mo ng basic communication!!! 3rd na ang FB and IG... again... walk as much as you can, the more you walk, the more you save, try to walk different areas everyday, mas ma experience mo ang korea in that way i promise you that, plus its a great work out! so ayun, total budget ko for 10 days is...... 34,308 + 1000 sa pagtambay ko ng cebu for layover.

I just got back from SoKor few days ago and I paid almost 35k for a 4day tour all in package(except for pampasalubong and and shopping money, ofcourse). Super tipid nung 40k all in for 7days kasi medyo pricy talaga sa SoKor especially food. She’s right, nagre-range talaga ng 250-500 per meal.
Any site na pwede magpabook ng tour, yung as in andun na lahat? . like hotwl accomodation, yung travel, tapos magbabayad na lang for food

for me... marami hostel sa booking.com tag 450-600 a day lang... soo.. 6k in 10days... food may breakfast na kasali sa room(hanap kayo ng included na para tipid), lunch is 250-400 pesos 4k in 10days, dinner is may kusina sa hotel, buy ka sa convenience then luto2x na lang, itlog2x and rice para mura! haha isang tray ng itlog bilhin mo!!! bili rin ng fish or beef/pork slices (in 10 days 2000+ another 2000 if hindi ka maka uwi ng maaga to cook and you want to eat out) bread2x lang kasi bfast ng hotel so kasali na agahan sa tira2x ng dinner =, then another 2000 for snacks and beer ( you should atleast try dba?)...sim klook 1,606/10 days...lotte world 1464... nami island tour +petite france tour 1,738... sa transportation naman. i tend to change hostels frequently, example 3days dito na area. 3 days dun sa kabilang area, then 3 days in another area... in that way, pwede mo lang lakarin yung mga lugar2x... you want to experience the everyday life in korea? you should WALK... so ayun, minsan lang ako nag tre-train and nakalimutan ko na ang total(1000 na lang natin)
btw im from davao. my ticket was 11,500 roundtrip without extra bags... i only have 1 bag, in autumn so hindi masyado malamig (less jacket) 7 shirts 1pants 1 shorts 9 briefs. i bought 2 i love korea shirts and ref magnet (1000php) =) another technique... in the airport, wear 1 sweater + 1 jacket.. ipasok mo lang sa bag pag pasok na ang free kilo of baggage allowance =) if hindi ka sanay sa lamig, wear them.
again... this budget is only good for cheapskate like me and just want to experience the hype of kdramas and maybe some kpop =)
another note, bumili ka ng sim for the purpose of google maps(para hindi ka mawala!), 2nd is google translate, may mga taong no english besh, need mo ng basic communication!!! 3rd na ang FB and IG...
again... walk as much as you can, the more you walk, the more you save, try to walk different areas everyday, mas ma experience mo ang korea in that way i promise you that, plus its a great work out!
