The finest and most unique guitarist to ever burst onto the scene since Bill Frisell

Gentle and perfect, just the right amount of effects to give it that extra dimension.

I like that term. who else would be considered progressive jazz besides Jakob and Bill Frissell?

Is it a blooper from chase bliss he is using ? some sounds in the end make me think of birds. wtf are those ????

Hey Lucas. I know that it has been a long time since you asked that question, but I have an answer for you, since I’ve been asking that question myself, and been doing some research on Jakobs recorded concerts. I believe that his pedalboard is:
Gamechanger Audio Plus pedal -> Eventide H9 -> Hologram infinite jets -> distortion/fuzz -> Chase bliss tonal recal -> EH freeze -> TC ditto X2 -> reverb /delay.
I think it is the infinite jets making the bird noises. Maybe combined with some pitch effect from the h9
      Hope some can use this.
